Greasey burger and dry chips...awful

Im not a burger lover but decided to get 1 as the family wanted it,im so glad i did...i can honestly say the burger was phenomenal, it was moist but not enough to damage the bun,it tasted fresh and you could see and feel it was freshly cooked...we ordered the burger meals...and even the chips were delicious, i ordered a little tub of BBQ sauce n omg it was also amazing....the homepage onion ring just put the finishing touches to the full experience....i couldnt finish half of the meal but my dog also gave the burger a huge thumbs up...I've never had a burger as nice,I'm not saying im now a avid burger eater but you can keep your McDonald's n burger kings this is definitely the burger I'll be having anytime anyone fancies one in the house...a very easy review for an amazing burger,give it a bash,I'd be very surprised if you didnt like it 🙂

Food was a little soggy and the nearly two hour wait for delivery is too long

Where do i begin 1st i didnt get the burger i ordered no bacon no extra cheese and the burger was just a slab of meat and top it all off i waited over a hour and half for a cold burger that didnt hav what i orderded 2nd the chips was cold the only good thing i enjoyed was the coleslaw very dissapointed not good at all

We were very impressed with our first order from this place tonight. The burgers were quality, freshly cooked and HUGE! I think well be full for a week. Will definitely order from this place again.

An hour and 40mins delivery time. Food was cold. Items missing. Denied food was cold, says item missing was free and didn't count despite being included in the description on the menu. Waste of money and won't order from here again!!

Food was amazing only thing tjat let it down was the waiting tjme for the food but would be 10/10 apart from that!

Unfortunately the negative reviews are correct, soggy bun, took 2 hours to deliver 1 burger and chips, not worth the wait. Chips meant to have KC seasoning? Wasnt even salted!Order elsewhere

This place has gone downhill quickly. Solid burger and soggy bun. Tasteless 😞

Food great as usual but took 2hours to deliver and upon attempting to contact them the contact number provided goes straight to voicemail.

Giving another possibility to we order 2 burgers and some fries and again we received cold and disgusting order delivered 2 hours later...
