Steak tough af

Asked for rare steak, was well done. Burger was a thick slab of burnt dry meat, chicken breast dry as hell, bacon far too salty. Chips hollow inside and burnt to a crisp. Onion rings greasy. Wish I could say something good, but I never ate any of it. Fifteen quid for a mixed grill and extra sauce down the drain.

Over two hours for two burgers and chips, burgers are just big thick squares, didnt look or taste good

Waited approx 2 hrs for delivery. When it eventually got to me it was moderately warm at best and had to be heated. Not the best experience. I complained to Scoffable and was issued a 10% disc voucher. Not great.

I asked for no relish on my burger and they gave me relish and if I was to eat it it would make me unwell as I I had to throw it out

We ordered onion rings and two burgers. The onion rings were dripping of oil. The burgers were eatable, but way too greasy for my taste.

Chips were cold and hard had to re heat steak

Delivery time was quicker than expected which was good but when opening my food, the chips was not what I expected but rather Chinese chips with a seasoning. The burger Pattie was thick and square like a sausage and didnt taste well, bottom bun was so soggy it was hard to lift, sorry but 1st time trying this and it will be my last

Said they were at my door clearly werent and when I phoned back got no answer £24 odds and got nothing will never use again

Where do i begin 1st i didnt get the burger i ordered no bacon no extra cheese and the burger was just a slab of meat and top it all off i waited over a hour and half for a cold burger that didnt hav what i orderded 2nd the chips was cold the only good thing i enjoyed was the coleslaw very dissapointed not good at all

An hour and 40mins delivery time. Food was cold. Items missing. Denied food was cold, says item missing was free and didn't count despite being included in the description on the menu. Waste of money and won't order from here again!!

Unfortunately the negative reviews are correct, soggy bun, took 2 hours to deliver 1 burger and chips, not worth the wait. Chips meant to have KC seasoning? Wasnt even salted!Order elsewhere

This place has gone downhill quickly. Solid burger and soggy bun. Tasteless 😞

Giving another possibility to we order 2 burgers and some fries and again we received cold and disgusting order delivered 2 hours later...

Worst takeaway ive ever had do not waste your money the food is ok at best and the wait is over 3 hours long not worth your money at all

Sadly we waited well over the estimated 1hr 20 for delivery and was barely warm when it arrived all the same this is the 2nd order and can and do highly recommend KCs fab quality and tasty burgers but the lengthy time we waited for a 9pm order to arrive at 10:35pm on a Thursday night really needs improvement. 😕

Chicken burgers were far to thin with barely any chicken on them and it said french fries with cheese on menu yet i received just normal chips🤷‍♂️

Very disappointed, waited 2 hours until order arrived, lukewarm! Chips were disgusting, one of tye burger buns were soaked with fat, the onion rings were soggy, asked for steak well done but couldn't cut nor chew it, most of the order went in the bin

Delivery time took 2 and a half hours.Delivery driver didn't even care to apologise or bother making eye contact with me - she didn't care at all.Food was okay, but not worth the wait at all - won't be ordering from them again.
