Ordered food. Came to hour and 30 minutes later and still no food. Tried phoning and phone was off the hook. Contacted Scoffable and even they couldn't reach them. Price of the chicken salad too is terrible for a box full of lettace and cheese. 2 slices of cucumber, 2 small wedges of tomato and handful of chicken and a pineapple ring.

the rice was hard and tasted off . the korma was watery just little chunks of chicken no real nice sauce . my lamb was very odd and the most part very tough . the naan was under cooked and the coriander fell off it . sorry to as we have enjoyed our meals in the past

It's great value and the food is alright but they really need to sort out the delivery times. Quoting an hour and a half is very long especially as it turns up after 2 hours. Not helpful they turn their phones off too. If they sorted the delivery issue it would be bang on

Food was freezing. Found 3 hairs between chips and doner meat tried to phone never got an answer

They sent wrong curry . I ordered lamb karani but got a chicken tandoori thing . Sorry food was tasteless at best . Nan bread bad . Chips saved the day

2 1/2 hour wait for delivery and food arrived cold tried calling shop several times and the line was dead..

Waited over 2 hours ended up cancelling, my delivery did turn up eventually but then was told my refund would take up to 5 days, not the best service at all

Half an hour late. Food quality was well below normal standard. Last few orders have been the same will be trying somewhere else aeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

We waited two and a half hours for a munchie box that was cold, was a box of chips chicken and kebab meat was solid and unedible really disappointed as usually the food is really nice

Placed order for collection. Got it home and there were items missing from my order. Chips & Rice. The reason I gave this a bad rating is that we were all seated and eating before we noticed the items were missing. I called Khans 17 times. I gave up calling after that. Its only because there was no way to contact them that has lead to me leaving their first bad rating as Id collected I was not going to drive back up to wait for the missing items
