Wasn't very nice

Pizza was over cooked and delivery was 35 minutes over the estimated time then the delivery driver went to the wrong door not there best day.

2hours and 10 minutes for the delivery and was cold and wrong. Used to love the place but no anymore

Chips were covered in black bits and were soggy. Chicken pakora was really greasy and tasted and looked like it had been fried again and again. Wont be back.

Food not nice and defo not worth the money 14 pounds for a munchy box that's mostly over cooked chips and discusting doner meat is not acceptable

Food was stone cold. This is the second time we have used then through the app and first time I complained that it took 2hts to arrive and order was wrong a Nd this time was later than told it would be and was stone cold.Won't be using them again.

Did not come with chill sauce and didnt cone straight back

my food arrived at 22:40 but some food was cold, and the delivery was late over 1,5 hour.So im not happy with this order and dissapointed. Because this is not my First order at khans tandoori, but im sure it was last one.

Placed a £40 order. Was told delivery would be 50 mins. After 1hr 10mins I called to ask if delivery would be much longer and was told they had forgot about my order and were only just going to start making it! It finally arrived after 1hr 40mins and the order was wrong and was drenched in so much Chilli sauce it was not edible! Was that much the box was soggy at the bottom. Safe to say I wont be using this shop again. Shambles.

Food is great but they forget the drink then sent wrong one 3rd time lucky.

The delivery was expected in 1 hour. Mel arrived 1hr 45 munites after order. Not great!

Over an hour late food was cold tried calling but no answer

Shocking service, no communication after a 2h wait. Then had to drive to the takeaway as not reachable by phone to gather where our food was.

Waited 2 hour plus for order

Order took almost 2 hours to arrive and order was wrong. Why do they not just read what you order. Use a lot but very disappointed and had rice and dry tandoori chicken as wrong sauce was given and couldn't eat any of it so had to be binned.

Absolutely ridiculous! Ordered food at 6pm phoned at 7:25 to ask where it was, to be told it had already left, didnt show up until 8:10 freezing cold so I refused to take it to be told the driver had to give me money back. Conveniently he didnt have change so said hed be right back. Had to phone back at 9:25 to ask where the driver was with my money to be told he still didnt had change and had in fact proceeded to deliver and go back to the shop more than once collecting more deliveries. Finally got my refund about 9:40. Will not be back absolutely horrendous service!

Recently everything has far too much spice. We got a korma for our daughter which is obviously mean to be mild. It was so spicy even we couldnt eat it. The chips also look like theyre from the dregs of the fryer. Used to come here practically every week. Doubt well be back.
