Waited 2 hour plus for order

Order took almost 2 hours to arrive and order was wrong. Why do they not just read what you order. Use a lot but very disappointed and had rice and dry tandoori chicken as wrong sauce was given and couldn't eat any of it so had to be binned.

Absolutely ridiculous! Ordered food at 6pm phoned at 7:25 to ask where it was, to be told it had already left, didnt show up until 8:10 freezing cold so I refused to take it to be told the driver had to give me money back. Conveniently he didnt have change so said hed be right back. Had to phone back at 9:25 to ask where the driver was with my money to be told he still didnt had change and had in fact proceeded to deliver and go back to the shop more than once collecting more deliveries. Finally got my refund about 9:40. Will not be back absolutely horrendous service!

Recently everything has far too much spice. We got a korma for our daughter which is obviously mean to be mild. It was so spicy even we couldnt eat it. The chips also look like theyre from the dregs of the fryer. Used to come here practically every week. Doubt well be back.

Took long time to deliver

I used to be a regular customer however due to the chips being disgusting I stopped using all the time I used tonight due to another takeaway being closed and again chips were disgusting

Food was 1 hour late and the quality was very poor and was cold, couldn't finish meal due to taste.

Absolutely disgusting! I normally order from here quite often, received my order wrong and had to argue with the rude guy on the phone for about 10 minutes before speaking to another member of staff who admitted their mistake and agreed to send a new one out. When the new one came after about half an hour it was disgusting aswell I found a hair in it and the chips were so hard I think they were raw, kebab meat freezing and it all went in the bin. Couldnt be bothered phoning to complain after the bother Id just had with them, wont be back!

Usually love this takeaway but for some reason changed the recipe to chicken chasni and made it spicy so cant taste the actual dish. Shame as usually our favourite but wont be back as cant tolerate the heat but like the taste of this one.

Food is always delicious but it took over two and a half hours to arrive

Mushroom pakora were huge so the mushrooms werent cooked properly. The chips were covered in black bits as if they were cooked in old oil. Very disappointing.

It took 1:30 hours to be delivered so the food was cold and had to be reheated

Delivery took way to long from first order , food was great as usual. Shame about the delivery

Currys were dry im afriad........usually good but not this time unfortunately.

Waited 3 hours on our delivery ordered at half 5 never came till half 8. Was trying to get through to the shop for 40 mins and just kept saying line busy. When food eventually cane delivery driver informed me that they dont have enough cooks that when they get busy they take the phone off the hook! Will not be ordering again 3 hour wait is a disgrace. This was the second fine Ive ordered from their first tine we waited over 2 hours.

I ordered food tonight at 7pm i received a estimated time for a hour and 20 minutes when it didnt arrive at this time i tried on numerous occasions to call the place and it said line was busy i contacted scoffable who informed me that they disconnected the phone due to being busy which i find unacceptable. if they couldn't keep up with orders they should of cancelled them or informed the customer of the delay. My order finally arrived at 10.45pm. I will not be ordering from this place again.

2 and half hour wait, to receive order after saying would be 1 and half, just ruin my night as had plans

Far to spicy

1 and a half hours for delivery phoned twice to be told driver had left when he clearly hadnt

Asked for pepperoni to br left off pizza as no one likes it - pepperoni Put on pizza So nearly a full 16 pizza went to waste. Spicy mince pizza had hardly any topping on.
