They called say didnt have any lamb for kebab so offered mixed which I agreed to. It came chicken tikka sent it back. It came back with few bits donner . It was freezing tried to call but only ringing ended up in the bin. Usually the kebabs are lovely. No idea what happened with this one. ☹☹

Cant comment on the food as after waiting for over 2 hours nothing had arrived and they take the phone off the hook so you cant call for updates, had to arrange delivery from somewhere else as we didnt believe it was going to arrive. Delivery driver was a lovely guy when it eventually arrived. Felt terrible for telling him it had to go back

Whilst i totally understand the running of businesses are affected due to Coronavirus, it's only good manners to let a customer know you're running late and won't be there for the estimated time. I've noticed each time i pay by card that they're running late and we end up waiting well over an hour for food. This time it was 2 hours and 20 minutes. Yet when i opt to pay by cash they're quicker and the food is hot.If the food wasn't good I'd never order from them again. That said, going forward I'll be paying with cash or just not bother. Tried calling them numerous times, as did Scoffable. Both of us couldn't get through, so were left wondering if the food was coming at all. A quick text to let me know would have resolved everything.

Second time I have ordered and twice I have had to get back in touch with the app food is good when you receive right order its just a very very long wait to get it

Over 3hours for a delivery and unable to speak to them as they took the phone of the hook!

I placed an order at 18:22 and I received a confirmation saying it would be delivered in 1 hour 10 minutes. As I sit here writing this message at 22:38 my order has still not arrived . This is completely unacceptable. Even in these those busy times I do not expect to be waiting over 2 hours on food which I have paid good money for .Then I check your website and says closed ??If you are extremely busy and unable to cope with so many orders then you should not be accepting anymore orders . I have also tried calling several times and the line is busy . Ridiculous service!!Also would like a refund ASAP

Waited 3 hours phone them they had taken their phone offline. I understand they are busy but they have a mobile number to text you when its their why cant they text to tell u its going to be longer than what you were told.Then when food comes its not hot.

Very slow service

Order was 1 late i can understand the current situation but to bring me food that was cold and leave,i had to put it in the bin,trulied to contact the shop but it was engaged for over 2 hours

I ordered at 6pm and no delivery by 8pm so tried to call them numerous times. To no avail I them messaged via Facebook and got a no where. Then rechecked and saw it now said closed. I then contacted scoffable who said to decline delivery and a refund will be given. By 9pm I had already reorder from alternate and was about to eat when the door went at 9:15-3 he and 15 from ordering they turned up so asked to return and refund. To be told no this has been paid for so no refund and we are busy. Not acceptable especially since I tried to call over 100 times since 8pm. Terrible service.

The food was very tasty but the delivery was 3hrs after we ordered (for ASAP!). They set their estimate at 1:40 and then their phone lines were engaged for the 25 mins (322 redials!!) we tried to contact them for an update. Gave up and started to cook something then the door went 5 mins later - so frustrating.

Waited an hour on my food for it to arrive and they forgot my tub of sauce for my meal. Waited a futher 20 minutes for them to return. By this time my meal was cold and was not offered a new one. Ridiculous service and will not be back. Also, the man on the phone was rude

Ordered at 18:11 delivery was for around 7pm tired 135 times and just kept getting user busy. Went all the way down to the shop at 20:35 to be told if left the shop 5 mins ago from bathgate to Whitburn i was still home before it. Been looking forward to it all day and 1st time ever trying this place and I certainly will not be back here in future when my normal 2 Indian restaurant that do takeaways are closed I wont bother trying else where £27 including delivery and the customer service was shocking when in the shop and said how long I waited all I got was I dont know what to say to that eh eh we been busy fair enough but keeping your customers update would be great

Over 200 calls to takeaway constantly engaged was advised 1hr 20 mins came 2hrs 30mims late absolutely!

Order was placed at 18-08 and was still waiting for it to arrive at 21-09 so emailed scoffable to demand a full refund as I cancelled my order

1 hour 10 minutes estimated. More like 2 hours ma pals. And dont bother phoning because its either just left with the driver or they are really busy 🤷‍♂️ Grins decent mind you

Our food was delivered over an hour after the expected time. When we called, we were told it would be there In five minutes. It was NOT there in five minutes. Tasty, but not so tasty I want to wait over 2 hours to eat!

We order from Khans a lot but we were completely disappointed last night, has it changed owners? Delivery was over 1 hour and 30 mins, food arrived luke warm, we ordered cheeseburgers and chicken burger meals, chips were soggy/sludgy, lettuce on chicken burgers parts of it were brown and sludgy, they didn't put mayo on chicken burgers, gave it in a separate tub, they've never done this before, cheeseburgers and chicken burgers didn't taste like usual ones, they weren't nice at all, very cheap tasting, my family couldn't eat the meal when normally we really enjoy a Khans. Something has definitely changed and because of this experience we will not use again. There are so many other takeaways doing the same food so we will try somewhere else.
