Placed order at 645, received email saying it will take an hour and got it at 815, not acceptable. Tried calling from 615 to 650 but it was constantly engaged. Was told on phone at 650 it will be 10 minutes. Didnt even get offered discount.

Almost an hour later than specified. Wrong item given. Order was chicken tikka recieved plain chicken and lamb- also missing mushroom in this meal. The person this was for doesnt eat lamb and had to switch meals with someone else in house. Still not able to get through on number provider as constant engaged. Very very poor service.

Food was great but order took 1 hour and 45 minutes to be delivered. I did receive an email to say it would be approx 1 hour, but 1 hour 45 minutes is poor. I tried to phone several times but phone was engaged. Would be great if the Scoffable app could advise delivery time before placing the order. I could have collected the order if I had known the time it was going to take.

Sauce wasnt that nice and chicken had bones in it, chips were soggy., Pizza was nice though

Delivery was more than 1h 30m it came frozen cold.. the dips I had paid for not with order and they obviously dont read additional comments on order very poor

Was the worst av ever had chips were hard the spice onuons was ment to be in the calazone in it was watery in just plain onions.. defo not recommend to eat from here 👍

got the prawn salad and the chicken salad and they was basically a tub of lettuce and cheese,, pretty much no chicken or prawns in the salad,, no onions either. you should make the salad as advertised or dont make it at all in my opinion

Awful delivery time - took almost 2 hours when updated expected time was 50 minutes. By the time food arrived it was too late to eat. Definitely wont be using again

Well over 1 and 1/2 hours for delivery Usual rubbish after phoning after an hour its just leaving 👎🏼Food is still good quality but the last few times delivery has been very poor Time to move on and find a new vendor again (shame)

food was discusting took ages to arrive cold when it got here , pakaora wasnt cooked right.
