Food was cold.my order took over 2 hours to arrive and the product was poor

I ordered a donar calzone (which was fine) and chips ... this is a few times now Ive ordered chips for here and not ate them because there horrible. Soggy and not cooked right. Il order from here one more time as Im a regular customer but if its the same again it will be the last

Estimated delivery time of 1hour. Called the shop said my order was on its way it arrived 25mins later.

Took 2 hours to deliver. Great food but very disappointed.

It took over 2 hours to come

Kebab meat was ok, bit small for 'large portion'. The pizza we had tasted cheap and doughy, the cheese was worse more bland than a cheesestring. The chips were soggy and disgusting, Khan's is usually a lot better than that.

Took over an hour which they didnt tell us it would be, the Korma was really nice and sweet but the munchie was very boring and full of chips

Ordered veggie burger meal which they didn't have so they offered pakora which was fine but I thought part of meal - would have been happy if one pakora and chips - kids felt odd cheese on chips - son enjoyed special burger though

I ordered my meal at 18:51 and it told me 1:10 minutes it didnt turn up till 21:30 didnt enjoy it at all as I waited to long for it

Donner meat was dry, I assume it had been lying for longer than it should have done and was over cooked. The wrap was pretty dry and bland too. Not the best.

Took to long to be delivered.

For an email saying it would be delivered in an hour. Two and a half hours for the food to come and it was cold. Phoned them after an hour and a half to be told it was on its way. Told them to just Cancel it. Which they responded with they can’t as it’s on it’s way. Usually love the food from here but this has put Me off

Missing part of the order it took that long to come that i could not be bothered to phone to complain. The meal would have been cold if i had to wait.

Dinner took over two hours to arrive, after multiple phone calls I finally got through to be told the driver would be 5 minutes. Another 20 minutes later our god still didn’t arrive. After another phone call the staff said he should have been outside. When the food finally arrived it was freezing cold! Very disappointed as we are regularly customers but after this we will not be back !

This is my regular Indian but tonight was a bit of a farse. Placed an order at around 8:40 received an email saying delivery would take an hour and 20 minutes. Waited an hour and 40 minutes before calling where they said it was just leaving and would be 10 minutes. Food didn't arrive until 10 to 11 and was lukewarm. Very disappointed in tonight's order from an Indian I usually rate very highly.

Waited 2 hours for delivery chips weren't cooked properly were still hard and cold.

Order took an hour and 45 minutes. Phoned shop after an hour and said order had left the shop (usual comment when phoning up) Food was also cold.

waited 2 1/2 hours for delivery and food was cold chips wher hard pakora was burnt n so dry couldnt swollow. never had a problem before now.

Ordered 2 kids meals that include fruit shoot Arrived without the juice so I called and they said they would send the fruit shoots straight out. Came and was irn bru Onviously they had ran out of fruit shoots and thought just sending nothing was acceptable
