Dinner took over two hours to arrive, after multiple phone calls I finally got through to be told the driver would be 5 minutes. Another 20 minutes later our god still didn’t arrive. After another phone call the staff said he should have been outside. When the food finally arrived it was freezing cold! Very disappointed as we are regularly customers but after this we will not be back !

This is my regular Indian but tonight was a bit of a farse. Placed an order at around 8:40 received an email saying delivery would take an hour and 20 minutes. Waited an hour and 40 minutes before calling where they said it was just leaving and would be 10 minutes. Food didn't arrive until 10 to 11 and was lukewarm. Very disappointed in tonight's order from an Indian I usually rate very highly.

Waited 2 hours for delivery chips weren't cooked properly were still hard and cold.

Order took an hour and 45 minutes. Phoned shop after an hour and said order had left the shop (usual comment when phoning up) Food was also cold.

waited 2 1/2 hours for delivery and food was cold chips wher hard pakora was burnt n so dry couldnt swollow. never had a problem before now.

Ordered 2 kids meals that include fruit shoot Arrived without the juice so I called and they said they would send the fruit shoots straight out. Came and was irn bru Onviously they had ran out of fruit shoots and thought just sending nothing was acceptable

I waited over two hours for my delivery. I phoned the takeaway after an hour and a half and they told me it would be five minutes. I tired calling again but they wouldn’t answer. I got in touch with Scoffable and they got my order to my door in less than ten minutes. I will not be using Khan’s ever again after this.

Currie’s were amazing. Chips and cheese were sent out with no cheese on them. Disappointing and ruined the order

Very rude staff. Delivery driver running off as I opened door, very brisk when I asked if all order included and didn't wait for me to check. Food spilt all over bag, including leaking through paper bag onto naan bread. When I phoned to complain girl on phone dismissive, didn't apologise at all. When she asked what I wanted her to do and I replied an apology would at least be nice she begrudgingly said sorry then hung up!

Spent that money on a chicken curry and didnt get enough chicken. Wont be buying from again.

I got kebab meat and chips and you can just tell the food had been sitting ages. The meat was rough and hard and over cooked and the chips had clearly been microwaved. Delivery time was about an hour so I suppose not too bad. My partner got a curry and said it was alright. I don't think if be back due to how bad mines was but he would

Normally great service but the curries were all burst in the bag covering everything inside

Food is always lovely , but over 2 and a half hours wait :( wrong kebab and wrong sauce also chilli sauce had split all over the kids chips
