The food was great but arrived almost 2 hours after I ordered it. Why give an estimated timescale when it's going to be double that.

First time ordering and wont be back, spent 17 quid on a mixed hoagie and it was literally cold be the time it got here. I dont even live that far away, waste of money, went in the bin.

I didnt receive my order!! Called up to tell them my address was wrong and it was 85 not 55 they still delivered to 55 and the person accepted my delivery called the shop again they said not our problem hung up!! My kids left hungry and me out of pocket terrible customer service
