Order took 1.5 hours to arrive and missing items, when takeaway called they said they would deliver when possible as busy so requested refund through Scoffable for Scoffable to return and say takeaway refused this also. Will never order again, food that did arrive was tasteless and very poorly repaired

First time ordering from here. The Bhuna curry was just OK, not much flavour but really spicy. Chicken in it was tender enough. Took an hour and 45 minutes to come though and when you try call it goes straight to voicemail

Order my pizza WITH DONNER MEAT. Pizza took forever to come. Had to call a few times. Driver was amazing tho. BUT NO DONNER MEAT MAN. 🙈

The pizza and pakora were good. BUt the korma tasted as if cream ussd was off. My wife and daughter who had shared this meal with pakora instantly complained of taste. Both of them only had one mouthful and this morning both have dhiaarroea.

This is the second time in a row iv had a less than acceptable experience with my food order from khans,Last time the delivery took a very long time and when the order arrived the sauce tub had burst all over my calzone,Tonight the chicken pakora wasxan impressive portion but it the pakore was oily and the chicken was very dry,The mixed calzone was also very dry,I always sing khans praises when people look for a recommendation to eat,Im sorry to say I've personally not been happy with my last two orders,I may have to try somewhere else in future.

My order took 2 hours to come when it said an hour. Then when my food came it was cold

I ordered a khans special calzone it arrived more than hour after i ordered and then when iv opened the box the calzone was swimming in chilli sauce as the sauce pot had obviously burst open en route to me,howe

Things missing from order

Waited 2 hours for my food when it got here its was so cold first time this has happened from this place normally good and fast so i was a bit disappointed not great having cold food

Ordered my food at 6.27pm told me the delivery would be 1hour 10minutes i was still waiting at 8.20pm i had to call up and see when it would come not great for my diabetes.

Over an hour late. Cold. Unfortunate. Usually good food
