The secret when ordering a delivery from Khan's is to do it at least 2 hours before you plan on eating. The best takeaway of it's kind in Bathgate. Been using it for about 13 years, it's changed hands at least once in that time but food is always delicious and great value for money. But, Khan's, come on, sort out your delivery times. Whenever I collect there's loads of drivers coming in and out so feck knows what they're doing when they leave the shop. So in summary: food great, value great, delivery time a complete piss take. You really should sort it out. P.S. They've started the past few months placing a pitta bread in the box when you order a regular kebab. What's that all about?! Fill the pitta and let the sauce soak in.

I have been using Khans for over 2 years and I have never been so disappointed as I have been tonight. I asked for the curry to be mild and over the course of the last couple of weeks they havent been making it mild but I have just put up with it. It was so spicy I could hardly talk. I phoned the restaurant and the womans attitude made the situation worse. Saying she asked the chef if they read the instructions when they are obviously going to say they did, when they clearly didnt. After being, what I consider to be condescending, with the conversation going no where I asked what was being done with the meals as we werent happy with the spiciness of the food. Reluctantly she agreed to replace them.Needless to say I am not happy about this as I have always enjoyed Khans but after tonight I wont be back - I will be looking for a new Indian take away to order from twice a week, were they do read the instructions and actually care about their customers instead of challenging them.Do better Khans - whoever the woman is answering your phone needs spoken too!
