First time ordering and wont be back, spent 17 quid on a mixed hoagie and it was literally cold be the time it got here. I dont even live that far away, waste of money, went in the bin.

Every time I buy from them, the food is amazing!

I didnt receive my order!! Called up to tell them my address was wrong and it was 85 not 55 they still delivered to 55 and the person accepted my delivery called the shop again they said not our problem hung up!! My kids left hungry and me out of pocket terrible customer service

The food is great but delivery time lets them down.

Ive been a long time customer to them. The food is fab. The waiting time is unbelievably. They give you 1 hour slot. Which i understand.1 hour 50 mins later 30 phone calls to which they dont answer as they know it you, was very frustrating,as my grandkids were hungry. No apology. Although the driver was full of apologies to the kids. If i hadnt paid by card through your app. I would have sent it back .I will only pick up from now on if i order!!
