About 2 hours late, phone then went on user busy for like an hour so couldnt get through them.

Chicken was dry and bland, and curry was far to creamy and sickly

Chips werent cooked properly and food wasnt hot it was luke warm

I have been using Khans for over 2 years and I have never been so disappointed as I have been tonight. I asked for the curry to be mild and over the course of the last couple of weeks they havent been making it mild but I have just put up with it. It was so spicy I could hardly talk. I phoned the restaurant and the womans attitude made the situation worse. Saying she asked the chef if they read the instructions when they are obviously going to say they did, when they clearly didnt. After being, what I consider to be condescending, with the conversation going no where I asked what was being done with the meals as we werent happy with the spiciness of the food. Reluctantly she agreed to replace them.Needless to say I am not happy about this as I have always enjoyed Khans but after tonight I wont be back - I will be looking for a new Indian take away to order from twice a week, were they do read the instructions and actually care about their customers instead of challenging them.Do better Khans - whoever the woman is answering your phone needs spoken too!

Chips were bad

The food was terrible.i had an upset stomach.delivery time really terrible waited nearly 3 hours.i won't be back that's for sure.AVOID

Pakora dry overcooked and inedible. Khans reply use a dip. Nan bread dry Delivery 40 mins late. They said it was fresh because they reheated it!! Don't rate and wont be back. Don't waste your money stay away. Why pay for reheated dry food and seller not interested Not even a sorry!!

Ran late and food was cold

Long delivery time, Paid for stuffed crust on my pizza and arrived with no stuffed crust

First time ordering and wont be back, spent 17 quid on a mixed hoagie and it was literally cold be the time it got here. I dont even live that far away, waste of money, went in the bin.

I didnt receive my order!! Called up to tell them my address was wrong and it was 85 not 55 they still delivered to 55 and the person accepted my delivery called the shop again they said not our problem hung up!! My kids left hungry and me out of pocket terrible customer service

Was given estimated delivery time of 50 minutes and order didnt arrive until 1 hour 40 minutes later. Food was also cold.

The food was good when it got here but we did wait 2 hours when the time told was 1 hr and 10 minutes
