Over half an hour late and the food was cold

Took ages to come, ordered it at 7:30 eventually came about 10pm, couldnt get through on the phone after trying numerous times, it was decent when i did get it but defo not worth the wait, wont be ordering again.

Over an hour late, cold and missing items very disappointing

Delivery took 2hrs to come, tried several times to phone the shop and phone was off the hook. When deliver came, pizza looked a mess and cut into all strange sizes, the food went in the bin.

Had to wait ovet a hour and a half for delivery ended up foung to pick it up

Deliver took over 1 hour and 30 minutes

Asked for a baked potato and just got chunks of potato in it and took over 2 hours to come for baked potatos and a tub of donner

Once again food delivered cold and late food order made and given a 2 hr delivery slot. Arrived almost 30 mins late and cold

Delivery time quoted an hour but was 1 hour 50 minutes. Ordered a bbq chicken kebab but it was more like a tikka kebab

Very dissatisfied says 1hr for delivery I waited nearly 2 hrs with my food the chicken pakora was burnt couldnt eat it same with the pizza was burnt total waste of money as all went in the bin not very happy

Food wasnt warm and no taste

Ordered at 5:40 and didnt receive the delivery till 8pm was told 50 min . Everytime I tried to call them the phone line was busy and what they do is keep the phone off the hook but will continuously keep taking online orders . If I had known it was going to take this long I would have went and collected it . Its not the first time this has happened . I should have just made something to eat and told them to take the order back when it arrived . Shambles

Good food but delivery time was shocking.Meant to be here by 7pm (ordered at 5:50pm) but didnt arrive until after 8:30pmAlso their phone lines werent working so couldnt find out what was going on

Wrong order sent, part of order missing and food cold.

Sent wrong food pizza was stone cold and onion rings were burnt

order came 2 hours and 30 minutes late and no answer when calling the restaurant

Over 2 hours to receive order that was confirmed as a 1hr 10min wait. When received the kids burger contained only the Pattie with no bun or salad. Absolutely shocking

Over 2.5 hours wait for food. Ridiculous, struggle to get through to restaurant on phone

Chips are always terrible
