When your Scoffable app says 1x our then you plan. When you order arrived 2hours after you order, you need to adjust the timing in the delivery on the app.

It was nearly 2 hours late and I ordered cola and got sent Pepsi

Food was 30 minutes late and by the time i got it it was cold

Chip where horrible and it was late

Chicken tikka was thick the pizza 🍕 was ok not enought topping

Food never arrived

I was told my delivery would be 1 hour. After 90 mins i called the shop but im sure he takes it off the hook after recieving all orders. I went through scoffable and cancelled this order. I had ordered a Mcdonalds and eaten it and then this shows up. Nearly 3 hours late? And because i didnt want it the driver was rude?? Ive been a loyal customer for alot of years but this is just unacceptable. 3 hours for a delivery with no communication? What kind of response did you think youd recieve from me? Scoffable tried to reach them aswell and got the same as me phone off. If there was a call or email from them it might have been a bit different. Dont tell your customers 1 hour and show up nearly 3 later. Wont be using again. Save your money for something a bit more professional, quick and tasty. This isnt it.

Food was decent but after 2.5 hours waiting on delivery we went to collect it, food still wasnt ready. Really poor.

Placed an order at 6pm, still hadnt arrived by 8.45pm. Tried to call numerous times but looks like they unplugged the phone. I then get a chap on the door from a delivery driver who hands me an order, I get in to open it and realise its not even my order. Partner went to shop to complain and they werent even bothered and tried to charge him to order a kebab, which he left without as the queue was so long.

Order took nearly 2 hours. Couldnt get through on the phone was constantly engaged food finally arrived and was cold. Absolutely disgusting wont be back

2 small kebabs, both very strange tasting and very dry. Kebabs are usually great but inedible this time

Food good. But 2hrs for delivery, only 5mins away. Over 1hr late. If they cant fulfill the time they shouldnt be on

First time ordering a collection or grill box from khans and sadly wasnt very impressed. Didnt feel it was value for money compared to other takeaways grill boxes as it was mostly chips. The kebab meat didn't taste nice, salad had been kept in a bag and was a bit floppy, not very fresh tasting, however I understand this was probably due to the heat, and they only gave us 2 sauces instead of the 3 that was advertised. I ordered through scoffable for collection and paid extra 50p for the service so I thought when they gave me a 35 minute later collection time it would have been ready. Wrong. They clearly didn't start making it until I arrived in the shop and it was ready around 12-15 mins later. They were busy, however from a customer service point of view I didn't feel a valued customer, felt deliveries, calls and walk ins were more of a priority. I heard someone call for an order and the girl told them 15 mins so you clearly get a better service when ordering direct. On a positive note, the chicken, chips, pakora and nan bread did taste ok but just ok, not enough for me to return for a grill box. I've had much better else where. Can't comment on the taste but seen the guy making up a calzone and it did look fab, lots of fillings so maybe try something else from the menu and make your own mind up.

Ordered food at a value of £26 and the kebab meat looked like it had been left out for weeks dry, hard, it actually looked horrendous. I got fresh meat sent out and that wasnt any better! Couldnt even eat that either. Never received a kebab like that in my life absolutely shocking! No be back!

Took 2 hours and when I called he was rude and abrupt, informed me I shouldnt order from here again. Thats what I will be doing. Shouldnt be taking orders if they cant deliver in time

1 hour 40 minutes for my dinner, paid £1 extra for Jalfrezi sauce, and if thats a jalfrezi sauce, my name is Micheal Jordan. Gutted as I paid £20.50 for a meal for 1🙁 first time customer but doubt I will be back.
