Anytime we get a takeaway we always buy from Khans. We cannot fault the food or the value for money. Never disappoints. However I understand the circumstances we are facing just now. I ordered my food tonight at 5.30 expecting to wait at least an hour, after placing the order recieved confirmation it would be 1hr. Actually my food order took 2 and a half hrs. Phone line not working. I just feel that a call to advise how much later it would be would have been best practice.
