Food good. But 2hrs for delivery, only 5mins away. Over 1hr late. If they cant fulfill the time they shouldnt be on

First time ordering a collection or grill box from khans and sadly wasnt very impressed. Didnt feel it was value for money compared to other takeaways grill boxes as it was mostly chips. The kebab meat didn't taste nice, salad had been kept in a bag and was a bit floppy, not very fresh tasting, however I understand this was probably due to the heat, and they only gave us 2 sauces instead of the 3 that was advertised. I ordered through scoffable for collection and paid extra 50p for the service so I thought when they gave me a 35 minute later collection time it would have been ready. Wrong. They clearly didn't start making it until I arrived in the shop and it was ready around 12-15 mins later. They were busy, however from a customer service point of view I didn't feel a valued customer, felt deliveries, calls and walk ins were more of a priority. I heard someone call for an order and the girl told them 15 mins so you clearly get a better service when ordering direct. On a positive note, the chicken, chips, pakora and nan bread did taste ok but just ok, not enough for me to return for a grill box. I've had much better else where. Can't comment on the taste but seen the guy making up a calzone and it did look fab, lots of fillings so maybe try something else from the menu and make your own mind up.

Ordered food at a value of £26 and the kebab meat looked like it had been left out for weeks dry, hard, it actually looked horrendous. I got fresh meat sent out and that wasnt any better! Couldnt even eat that either. Never received a kebab like that in my life absolutely shocking! No be back!

Took 2 hours and when I called he was rude and abrupt, informed me I shouldnt order from here again. Thats what I will be doing. Shouldnt be taking orders if they cant deliver in time

1 hour 40 minutes for my dinner, paid £1 extra for Jalfrezi sauce, and if thats a jalfrezi sauce, my name is Micheal Jordan. Gutted as I paid £20.50 for a meal for 1🙁 first time customer but doubt I will be back.

Hi i usually love a khans but today i ordered a meat feast pizza and chicken pakora both came cold which was extremely annoying and i cant eat it cold plus delivery was meant to be a hour and was nearly 2

Ordered at half past five now twenty to nine still nothing tried phoning upteen times cant get through ruined grandsons birthday had to rush around and make something as he was starving nearly £30 never will we order from them again we will be looking for full refund so angry and not heard anything from them

Food was absolutely fine but we waited 2 hours 10 minutes for it to be delivered 😩

Placed an order and received email confirmation saying delivery would be an hour. 2 hours later we were still waiting, phoned them and no one answered so had to walk to it. Turns out they hadnt finished our order. They refunded us the delivery charge and after 2 1/2 hours wait we got our food. Really disappointed as the meal was good.

Ordered at 4 delivered at 5.50,!!!!! chips and pizza cold.Never use again!!!!

I ordered 2 large meals and didnt recieve large ones i paid for these so should therfore recieve them. Disappointed tonight in khans.

When you get a rough delivery time you dont expect an extra 45 mins added. I only got my order after I phoned to chase it up

We placed an order at 6.50pm, we had two children waiting on their dinner and we were told that it would arrive at 8.01pm roughly. It got to 8.45pm and I tried to phone the shop to check where the order was and explain that my partner could have collected the order. We were unable to get through and by 9.15pm, both children had fallen asleep and we were still unable to contact the shop. Our order arrived at 10.30pm, during the wait we were unable to get through to the shop at any point and Scoffable explained that they also had been unable to contact the shop. Extremely disappointed with the service.
