When i placed the order it said 1 hour for delivery which was fine & then after 1hour 15 mins phoned them to be told just making up order will be another 5 mins so said thats fine & then when delivery driver arrived I said I take it ur really busy tonight he said yes we are but got a call to say an overdue delivery was still waiting he went back & collected it bless him, but in the end our delivery was 1.40 hours wait tbh your food is amazing but this is the second time this has happened & we stopped using you for a while due to me having a medical condition that I cant eat after a certain time so unfortunately I cant trust you yet again to deliver in the said time so unfortunately you have lost our trade

Over one for delivery and the food was terrible a simple chips cheese and chicken tikka and the chicken tikka was that hard and dry even my dog never ate it!! Avoid at all costs waste of £20!!! 4in1 up the road is probably the best about

Food took 1 hour and 30 minutes to get here and the food was brick hard and cold. Total waste of money place hasn't been the same in years. Wont be back now. Save your money on something that tastes good not rubbish. Shocking food to send out and the wait is always the same takes forever. Dont know why i ended up so crap now it used to be good, not anymore, so we wont be back now, will be going elsewhere from now on.

Ordered at 6.10pm saturday. Confirmed order would be delivered in 1hr 10mins. Started trying to contact them by phone at 8pm as still no delivery, constantly engaged. Ended up going to shop in person only to find order wssnt even ready, they had forgot about it. Got delivery charge back. Got home to find some of my order wasn't even in my bag. Not happy is an understatement

Food was an hour and a half late no communication from the takeaway every time i tried to phone it was engaged, phone was off hook,when it did come it was horrible, I'll never order from here again

Two hour wait for pizza and chips!!!Chips were only half cooked and the pizza was soggy and cold. Tried to phone the shop over 30 times, constantly engaged as phone was off the hook.

Our burgers where overcooked and luke warm by the time they arrived, and as soon as the chips started to cool they went rock solid, i have used khans a few times but wont use them again.

The food was good but our food came burst. So there was sauce everywhere and was very messy

Rank, overcoooed kebab, could throw the pakora through the window it was that hard. Orderd a 16" munchie box for the family and it basically was full of chips. 6 Tiny bits of chicken pakora which was also hard. 7Not pleased to say the least. My son then ended up being sick shortly after eating as it wasnt sitting well in his stomach. Won't be back.

We ordered a korma and a chasni as we both cant tolerate spicey food and both of our curries tonight were too spicy for us. Both these kind of curries arent usually spicy .alot went in the bun unfortunately.

Ordered at 5:30pm to beat the rush. Was told it would be delivered by 6:50pm. No sign of it by 7:15pm so tried to call. Line constantly engaged. They had also marked themselves as "closed" on Scoffable by this time. Kept trying to phone until 7:30pm, constantly engaged, so got in the car and drove to the shop only to be told that they had taken their phone off the hook because they are so busy. How are we supposed to get in touch to query whether our order was coming?? The guy then told me my order was out for delivery and would be there in the next 5 minutes. Drove home (10 mins)and it still took another 10 minutes to come after that. The food eventually arrived at 8pm, 2.5 hours after it was ordered. That is a completely unacceptable way to run a business. All we were offered was a free bottle of Pepsi. As a regular customer of Khan's I would have expected far better service. I will be trying somewhere else next time. Very disappointed.

I ordered at 5.40pm and received an email with estimated time of delivery of 1 hour and 10 minutes, which would be 6.50pm. This was perfectly reasonable for a Saturday night. However we did not receive our food till nearly 8.30pm! I called the shop 105 times and it was engaged every time. No communication whatsoever from them as to the delay. Food, as always, was great. But will think twice about using them for delivery.
