Ordered at 5:30pm to beat the rush. Was told it would be delivered by 6:50pm. No sign of it by 7:15pm so tried to call. Line constantly engaged. They had also marked themselves as "closed" on Scoffable by this time. Kept trying to phone until 7:30pm, constantly engaged, so got in the car and drove to the shop only to be told that they had taken their phone off the hook because they are so busy. How are we supposed to get in touch to query whether our order was coming?? The guy then told me my order was out for delivery and would be there in the next 5 minutes. Drove home (10 mins)and it still took another 10 minutes to come after that. The food eventually arrived at 8pm, 2.5 hours after it was ordered. That is a completely unacceptable way to run a business. All we were offered was a free bottle of Pepsi. As a regular customer of Khan's I would have expected far better service. I will be trying somewhere else next time. Very disappointed.

Took ages for delivery then mossing items

always late if they give you a time frame then at least try and stick to it

I ordered at 5.40pm and received an email with estimated time of delivery of 1 hour and 10 minutes, which would be 6.50pm. This was perfectly reasonable for a Saturday night. However we did not receive our food till nearly 8.30pm! I called the shop 105 times and it was engaged every time. No communication whatsoever from them as to the delay. Food, as always, was great. But will think twice about using them for delivery.

No answer on phone. No desert and food cold and late

I was told 1 hour & 10 minutes....(which i can live with)SO over 1 hour AND 45 MINUTES LATER Kebabs arrive , NO appologies AND COLD KEBABS !!!!

Usually a great place. Very late delivery and everything was stone cold and inedible.

When ordered delivery was 1 hour was over to hours food was cold always use khans food fab but the wait and the food not being hot was disappointing The food is good as always but need more delivery drivers why busy

Super long wait dont order if you depend on kids getting fed

Again delivery time was way off food decent but 1hr 45mins to deliver, wont use again !!

Took 3hrs for a pizza

The food arrived cold and was 1 hour+ late to arrive

Normally khans is my go to place to order from. But when i got my order last night i was very much disappointed. I ordered a meal deal which you get a 12 pizza, chips, garlic bread and a can of juice. Which when i opened the bag the garlic bread was nowhere to be seen. Everytime i called it would just say user busy so i couldnt get through. Not happy, as i paid for it.

1hour 35 minutes for delivery

The food was bland, didnt taste like what a bhuna should. The chicken was absolutely massive chunks, and pakora was quite mushy. Sadly wont be back :(

An hour and a half for delivery.

Order was can of Diet Coke sent Coke. The delivery driver offered to return with a replacement which I declined. Chicken Kebab with Salad and Sauce - none provided. After several attempts to contact shop by phone I got through they offered to deliver again and apologised. However I declined as I wanted what I ordered and not delivered in stages. If the person had took the time to read the order this would not have happened. Left me feeling fed up that I had spent £12.50 and did not get my full order and what should have been a straightforward purchase ended up a hassle.

We ordered a selection of different curries and not one of them was enjoyable, none of us could finish our meal. The garlic naan was also soaking in grease. The chicken pakora was about the only decent thing. I probably wont be back.
