Lovely food as always but 2hrs late and slightly cold and they had forgotten sauce on the chips

Waited an hour past delivery time for order

Had to wait over an hour and a half and even ended up call phoning to see what was taking so long , even thought was told an hour max

I waited 1hr 45mins for my delivery. I phoned and complained and they said it would be there in less than 5 minutes and it took a further 15 to arrive. Very disappointing customer service.

The food good, had to wait an extra 10 minutes after expected time. Shop very busy but order was all there so worth the wait.

Told via e-mail that order would be 50 minutes.Add another hour to that and thats your delivery time.The food was below par from what i expect from this takeaway and wil never use this outlet again.Felt sorry for delivery guy as he was all apologetic about delay in delivery no doubt having to deal with customers venting their anger at overdue delivery time.

Arrived over two hours late. By this time by son and daughter had left so had to cancel. Unfortunate as previously the food was really good. Hopefully next time it’ll turn up in time

i feel i have given this takeaway the benefit of the doubt once too often. tonight i place an order at 18:47pm i was updated with a 1 hour waiting time. it got to 20:18pm and i decided to call to which it was constantly "busy". i infact think they had taken the phone off the hook to either stop recieving orders or not deal with complaints. i ended up calling 31 times each time i was cut off "line busy" my order FIANLLY arrived at 20:54 luke warm! I think this shocking and the drive just handed over the meal with no apology. Now i know its not the drivers fault however i would have thought the company would have asked for him to apologise on their behalf. Im certainly in no hurry to order from them again or if ever.

I ordeered at 4.09 Called at 5.30 and told it will be couple minutes. Food arrived at 5.55 pizza was just warm.. My kebab was missing salad
