I placed my first order with Koh I Noor and unfortunately, my order never arrived.I tried calling the shop around four times to find out what was happening, but nobody answered. I had received an order confirmation and the full payment had already been taken from my account, so I continued waiting and expected my order to arrive.I waited until the shop had closed, with absolutely no communication or explanation. At that point, it was clear that my order was not going to be delivered.I find this extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable. If an order is accepted, confirmed and paid for, I expect it to actually be delivered or at the very least, for someone to be available to explain what has happened.This was my first experience ordering from Koh I Noor, and unfortunately it will also be my last. I certainly wont be ordering from here again.

Decent enough flavour but needed a mop and bucket for all the water in it.

Chips cold after 5min taste like ruber donner meat taste like paper , garlic sauce not comments. Everything cold uneatable . !!

Delivery was 40 mins late even though it was ordered 1 1/2 hrs before & food was luke warm

Second time Ive ordered. First time I phoned and the order was wrong - 2 items missing. Called them and they offered discount next time. Made an order with Scoffable tonight - didnt ask for discount but wish I had. Actually wish Id went elsewhere. Got it home - pink sauce for pakora instead of red as requested - Im vegan and dont want anything with cream. Didnt matter because the £4.50 portion of veg pakora was just mushy and inedible and went in the bin. I ordered boiled rice and got fried rice. I put this in their extra comments box. Their isnt an option with chefs specialities to choose which rice you would like. The first time I called to complain, I was told you were automatically given boiled rice. Thats clearly not true. Cant eat fried rice as its often made with ghee. It went in the bin. For £14.50 I was left with 2 chapattis, and a South Indian garlic chilli vegetable.m curry. I luckily had some uncle bens rice so had to use that. I couldve phoned again to complain but it doesnt seem to make any difference - they offer you a discount for next order but still dont listen. Rubbish. Wont be back if they cant understand what people order.

Maybe the chef was having an off day as I have never had a bad meal from here before. Chips were reheated, very dry and just not nice to eat and the kebab was so greasy, it stank, the salad looked like an afterthought and the fish was over cooked overall not a nice experience at all.

Long wait for order. Containers had leaked. Starters were enjoyable but did not enjoy main courses. Possibly wrong choices. Chicken chasny very spicy.
