Best in baillieston for traditional chippy foods. Mozzarella dippers a great addition really recommend only negative id say is we're not as keen on their pizzas compared to other places

Food was lovely, though not as hot as it could be.Despite me ordering online and arriving when advised, I still had to wait 5 minutes for my order to be made up.

Told 1 HR 30mins, fair enough they are busy! 2hrs 35mins and 2 calls after 1.30 was told your next out when driver is back! Over hour later it got here but was cold, not worth a third call

Waited 1 hour 30 mins for my food. I called the shop after the first hour and was advised it had left the shop ten minute previous to the call. Considering I live 2minute drive from the shop I think I was fed a line. Pulse side: food was amazing as always

Order wasn’t delivered. Despite a detailed address and a special instruction added about the delivery address. The order was taken to completely the wrong area (read instructions instead of blindly following a Sat Nav). After a call from driver and additional instructions given he still failed to find us (despite him giving his location as directly across the road from our estate).

Had to wait two hours for food. Then when it arrived it was missing the juice for the children’s meal and the chips for the fish supper that had been ordered. I called and was asked asked if I was sure. After convincing the store, they were sent out and the chips and juice arrived after another 30 minutes. Even then we discovered, the wrong juice was sent (orange not blackcurrant like asked).
