Waited over 3 hours for the order and was told it would be 1.5h. Very disappointed.

Everytime I put something in the notes they dont bother to read them and it ruins the full meal its happened a few times now 👍🏻 wont be ordering again

It was absolutely tasteless really bland the beef was so chewy it was not edible at all. More onions through than anything else. Will never order from here again. It went straight in the bin

Sweet and sour sauce taste well different than most too sour

the chicken i ordered was not Cantonese style as it was in a crumb i usually get my Cantonese style without crumb and was not in the sauce the sauce was separate. the chicken wings were in a sweet and sour sauce when i expected them separate as it was a starter and in other Chinese place they are not cooked in a sauce. think i will stick with lemon tree as they do the right cantonese style. thought i would try this not impressed as the onion rings were a little soggy not crispy

The chow mein was really salty far to salty so much so that my daughter could not eat it and the Beansprouts were very grey in colour and very spicy to taste so my daughter who is 11 didn't get any dinner that she was really looking forward to

Three hours later and still not been delivered. Such a shame because we order from them every week. The guy on the phone this week, rude.

Missing items

Food has not arrived. Delivery was due at 22:50, the restaurant closes at 23:00 so im left hungry for the night with no way of contacting anyone to find out where my food is. Really disappointed as I've always been happy with my deliveries in the past.

Very dry, not great

Chicken and mushroom soup...sliced mushrooms and rectangular blocks of meat that didn't really look like chicken in a brown broth. Very unappetizing. King prawn curry was absolutely standard and average.
