When paying for onion rings, its natural to expect real battered onion rings, very dissapointed to receive typical cheap frozen crap instead

To be fair once i reheated the food it was alright. Usially its decent from here, however the food was colder than luke warm the curry sauce had burst inside the munchy box and the extra sweet n sour sauce i ordered had also been burst on lid and spilt. Shame really because Mama Oshi is usually one of the better chinese tale aways in Falkirk. Will probably try out a different one next time.

Food took over two hours to arrive.

Usually its good from here but chips were crispy and obviously end of basket. Onion rings were frozen ones and not proper, had I known I wouldnt have paid £3. Curry sauce very salty.

Order arrived after 2 and a half hours and was freezing cold. They have refused to refund my money also. I wont be ordering from them again

Food was good, but took nearly 3 hours to get here.

The food was over cooked & pricey for fhe quality. It sid come on time, but I won't go back.

Took two and half hours to get my order and apparently they delivered to wrong house wasn't impressed as I paid by card someone else has my order had to wait anither half hour for them to make new one deliver to the right address

Rice burnt, chips very greasy and curry sauce tasted rank. Very disappointed overall. Had a dodgy stomach afterwards.

Didnt send the drinks i paid for. No answer on the phone to resolve this issue. Is the second time ive ordered from here and same thing happened last time. Foods nice.

My partner enjoy the bbq ribs and special fried rice, and from the past I know the chicken satay is nice, however, I ordered crispy chilli chicken with sauce.... it wasn't crispy but more like soggy....mibe deliver sauce and chicken separate?!!

worst Chinese I have ever had, the crispy chicken in chilli sauce was terrible, soggy chicken in a tasteless sauce, the chip was rubbish too.

Prawn crackers weren't fresh, tasted like they had bern sitting out for a day.

Rates as above for wrong original order that was delivered. However after contactjng the takeaway by phone the correct item was delivered at a later suitable time.

Asked for no veg in the chicken and black bean sauce and it was full of peppers. Last time I checked a pepper was a veg. Straight in the bin.

too much cornflour in soup, no tastedumplings tasted of grease with uneatable pieces

Order a crispy chicken with sweet chilli sauce and ended up with a savoury very hot chilli sauce which was not enjoyable to eat at all. Chicken Chow Mein was greasy and had hardly any chicken in it. Gone from what used to be my fav take away in Falkirk to the worse one, wont be back!
