It was cold when it arrived, and the food had a taste on it like over used cooking oil. It wasn't very nice.

Im sorry to have to give the score I have because always had a good experience with Marcos but I placed my order at approx 8.20 and was given an estimate of 50mins but we didnt receive the order until 8.28pm. I called the vendor twice and the chap on the phone was very apologetic however the chips were lukewarm and the fish and the chips appeared to have been kept under the heat for quite some time so definitely not up to usual standard. Therefore I think some form of compensation is called for.
