Food was cold

No selected condiments were added to order! Nothing. Nada

The food is good apart from the fried pizza super the pizza looked like they cleaned fryer with it

Chips were thin and tasteless. Small portions. Fish didnt taste like haddock. Soggy batter.

Normally excellent but this delivery batter not "set" to fish and fish squashed into box

Original pizza topping out of stock. Substitute pizza had sparse toppings and charged me extra 30p for the privilege!

Bases of both pizzas were dark brown/burnt. Disappointed with this order as the other orders I placed recently were really good and I based my order on those orders.

The pizza should never have left the shop. Half-cooked, at best. Won't be back.

Tonight I received my order which was short so I called store. For them to tell me they had put them in and nothing they could do. Basically calling me a lier. I have better things to do with my time like eat my dinner but I didnt receive mine. Contacted scoffable which they couldnt refund me due to store saying they put them in even tho they clearly havent. Customer service crap wont order from them again. I am angry basically call me a lier.

Sent cake straight from freezer

Usually food is good from here but tonight most thing tasted burnt and kids pizza crunch was burnt and not edible

We usually love Marini's fish suppers as fish coating crispy. I must have ordered special fish by accident, awful. Burnt and dry, really disappointing.

Food was cold

Regular customer. Always order same thing. Sent wrong type of kebab, normally I would have said nothing but I didnt like this type and seeing as Id tipped the driver £10 I thought Id call and get correct order re sent. Was told I was wrong they had sent a different one to the one in front of me and that was that, will not be back.

Have used Marinas for a number of years and always enjoyed the food. I have never used any other company in the area, but I think that will be changing.Tonight I was bitterly disappointed as the coating on the special fish was extremely dry andand the fish was tasteless and seemed over cooked.The food did arrive on time

Standards seem to have slipped. Definitely not as good as it was.

Everything about it was disgusting chips were black and fish was just soggy

Normally very good but had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes for our fish suppers which were not hot when they arrived. It would appear that we were at the end of a long delivery run. Not impressed dont mind waiting but food should at least be hot.

Waited nearly 2 hours

Terrible service, 2 hours late and lady on phones attitude is terrible wont be back
