Twice in three weeks order has been wrong something missing on both occassions. I phoned them the last time and they delivered what was missingIt was chips missing this time i did not even phone will not use again

I received my order freezing, the munchie box which includes several different things in it were burnt eg the mozzarella sticks onion rings an the donner meat was dry as anything! But when i called to complain they said their driver done 6 deliverys after mine! Clearly not when I got mines freezing! So clearly mines was last what sort of place sends a driver out with 6-7 deliverys on one go?? Get more drivers! Complete joke!! Shocking customer service😡😡😡

I ordered a kebab pizza, the meat was dry and like rubber, plus didn't taste much like lamb kebab meat, very disappointing.

Half pounder was just 2 quarter pounders together... "Lots of sauce" may have been the case if it hadn't arrived 1 hour and a bit after I ordered it...Portion size. Couldn't complain.

Greasy, hard, hardley cooked , green chips , terrible customer service made me physically sick

Ordered at 6.30. Called at 20.03 to ask where delivery was told it had left the shop and would not be long. Called again at 20.47 to say that it hadnt left the shop and they had lost ticket and thats why they said it had left. 21.13 my order arrived. I think nearly 2 hours waiting for a delivery is unacceptable. I understand they maybe busy but jeeze oh. Not very happy this time.

Positions very small, food dry or over cooked, possibly kept warm for too long, certainly not freshly cooked . First time using them and will not order from them again.

It was disgusting.. We have all had a sore stomach all night afterwards.

Although the food arrived quickly, i however was disappointed in the quality of the food! Fish was over cooked chips cold both our meals basically went in bin. Will never use Marinis again. Nearly £18.00 paid and wasted.

2 hours 15 min for delivery, never ever again

Got brown sauce on my fish that I didn't ask for chips were half cooked and rotten . My fish was even worse slimmy .. my little boys meal was pizza and chips he couldn't eat it either because someone put loads salt on it when I ask for none it's a kid's meal for god sake.. worse place ever

The order took over 2hrs to come, they called after 90 minute wait to advise part of order couldnt be fulfilled. The "Large" fish supper had about 15 chips in it which were barely warm and some not cooked all way through.

The special fish supper well it was over cooked and the chips were freezing it was put in the bin, I should get a refund if I wasnt in self isolation I would report you!!!!!!! For even selling food it is not edible, I also ordered mixed pakora by the looks of it, it appears it looks like it was left overs from Saturday night. I guess this wont go on your reviews you can ban me too if you wish cause I wont be wasting my money

Low quality food, overpriced, first time using them last time to.

Salad had brown bits in it. The fritters were way to big and thick not cooked all the way through.

I ordered fish supper with mushy peas as well as another meal. The order came and the mushy peas were stone cold so called up Marini in Ladywell and the man in charge spoke to me and basically said the side order are cold as the customer has their own preference as to whether they want there mushy peas hot or cold so I thought he was being rude did not take any interest in what i was saying and i was so angry and annoyed i defo will not be ordering from them again.
