An hour and 20 minutes for a pizzatobe deluvered. It was freezing by time we got it.

soggy batter on fish,,,over fifty min wait....never again

Cold and horrible service

85 minutes for delivery food arrived luke warm , but was still nice fish and chips just far too long to wait

Order was 2 hours late

Ordered a donner meat pizza. It was just a cheese ans tomato pizza with donner meat shoved on top! Amd the box was full of grease! Didnt enjoy!

Cheeky people I have ever spoke to on the phone terrible people spoke to my daughter horribly and called her a lair and swore at her shes 14 years old I had to bin my dinner as it was freezing and so was my daughters and there where things missing from the order its a shame to because I have been ordering from here for a while and they have always been amazing but this is to terrible to not say about

Horrific service, waited 90 minutes for my delivery and when it did finally arrive it was cold. Just stop accepting more online orders if you can't deliver in a reasonable time frame.

Food was barking

The driver forgets the juice the pizza was that bad my dog wouldnt even eat it . Shocking I will never eat there again

Ordered Chip and Cheese and a portion of gravy, and a small chips with salt vinegar and ketchup.We received chips, a portion of gravy and a small chips with salt vinegar and ketchup and chippy sauce.Looks like ordering right near closing time got us staff rushing to leave which made mistakes

Paid an extra 30p for lots of sauce didnt get that! Onion rings are frozen not fresh, which was a disappointment they were rotten!! Asked for sauce on my supper and it came without sauce!

Order was good nice and hot but missing the coleslaw from the fish n chips

Although the m al was lovely I had no chippy sauce. I’m did select lots of chippy sauce on the menu, it’s my fav sauce and was totally gutted

We waited quite sometime on it order. In particular we had chicken pakora in the order and it was over cooked dry and quite hard. Felt like it had been sitting for sometime

Chips were half cooked

Had good food from here in the past but this time was a bad experience. The food took quite a while to arrive - which is fine - but arrived cold, the ice cream we ordered was almost completely melted and part of the order was missing. If I get anything from here in the future, I’ll just go get it myself...

doner meat was like eating cardboard it was that bad that the dog wouldn't eat it wont be ordering anything else from marinis again.
