I tried multiple times me and my partner to get into contact with this company as the address was wrong which Ive never experienced, I didnt click into the address or added any notes to be on that page to cause any change. However didnt get my meal at all and I prefer my money back as I wont be ordering from this shop, as you can tell by past history Ive been ordered from here many time however they shut down their phones too early soo I couldnt get into contact at all to understand what to do next or left with no food or refund at all. I expect full refund

Got fish & chips which was good 👍 and veg pakora which was so burnt I couldnt eat they looked like the black balls 🎱 like pool balls so disgusting dont order pakora

Never got my food but they took my money

Wasnt hot when it arrived. Chips were dry and disgusting, fish below average.

Sausages were under cooked chips were awful ended up in bin.

Didnt each much of it as the meat was very fatty.

No sauce and no juice

Food was greasy and some seemed uncooked/reheated from days before.

I have ordered from marmaris before anf never had a problem but this time has really put me off ordering again i got 2 munchie boxes 1 12" and 1 10" and i was really disappointed when i received my order first thing i noticed my juice was missing so i called them and they said they would send me my juice so i thought i wouldn't be waiting long but had to wait an hour before my juice got here. When i opened the boxes there was hardly any donna meat the box was mainly filled of fried mushrooms and onion rings and the pizza at the bottom was not nice at all it tasted like it had been sitting for atleast 2 hours and what made it all worse the salad was not there because it was with the juice but due to waiting for the juice by the time juice and salad got here the food was already finished with so im not happy with my ordered this time

Waited two hours for food that was paid for delivery ended up having to go pick food up and also said didnt have one of things we had ordered and that they had tried to contact us witch they never so we paid for delivery waited two hours then had to pick it up our selfs

Didnt receive my order

My pizza was all scattered in the boxes. Slices were stuck on top off each other. No consideration was taken

Ordered food, order was accepted by them, money was taking for them to phoned me and tell me, they dont deliver to my area. Bit unusual when youre take away is popping up when I type in my post code. Phoned them to ask them to start the process of a refund to be told by the manager that they are too busy, and they dont deal with it, still waiting for my refund

Some of the order was wrong and the grease literally poured out of the kebab
