Wrong order sent as does not look at instructions and item missing on delivery also

Once again they didn't include the chocolate curls to the ice-cream. This has happened a few times now. Quite disappointing when you dont get what you pay for.

I have ordered a few times and every time its the same. I had been waiting 1 hour 30 mins for my delivery so I phoned and asked how long it would be for them to say all deliverys had been sent out and should be with me I waited another 40 mins I stay 10 mins away from mastros still no hadnt received it so phoned again for it to ring out and no anserw because the shop with closed 10 mins I finally got it had been waiting 2 hours for it my ice cream was like water and the cookie dough was hard as rock like it had been sitting a while!

Told driver to bin it profiteroles looked like dung .Will never support mastro any longer after this .And £3 delivery charge for 100m ??Shame lost another customer

i ordered at 7:30 i believe or close to that time and it did not arrive until 9:20, ice cream was melted as was the slushie, desserts are always good but definitely bad delivery times

I have used Mastros in the past and their waffles were great. This time I tried the pistachio and milky bar ones. Not worth the price to be honest. Tiniest bit of sauce on both, they end up being quite dry. The pistachio one had about 7 nuts on it in total. Not worth the £17 in total for them.

Usually love the crepe from here but today there was a lack of sauce and strawberries so it was quite tasteless. Also the crepe seemed slightly undercooked too.

Ill start with the positives, quick delivery. However, for £4.50 and being 5/10 min away, this is quite steep so I expect fast delivery.The food itself was nice enough, but the banoffee pie was delivered still frozen. Clearly taken out the freezer right before delivery. The rolo brownie was a standard chocolate brownie with 2 flattened rolos sat on top. I dont know exactly what I was expecting, but was more than that. Maybe some caramel sauce or rolos through the brownie batter etc. Once the banoffee pie was defrosted, it was tasty, and the brownie was nice too, but was just a rather normal chocolate brownie. The irony was, the juice was the only thing that wasnt cold. It was somehow slightly above room temperature. I wouldnt rush back here to be honest. Maybe if I was in shop myself Id purchase a snack, but £16 for a still frozen banoffee pie, a plain brownie and a warm bottle of juice, delivered, was a bit much.

Usually have no issues and love this place but our order came after nearly 2 hours and 3 out of 4 Ice creams where completely melted

Ordered my stuff at 9:40, never arrived until 11:10, never had the slush I ordered so phoned back, lady was apologetic and said it would be sent straight out, waited up until 12:30 still hadnt arrived so went to bed. Very poor service. Desserts were nice but dont think I will order again due to the length of time taken to get my order and still messed it up and driver never came back with the slush.

Rip off

Was estimated an hour and 10 mins. Phoned at this time as still hadnt even left the place. Phoned up about 20 mins later and was on way finally. Arrived Over 1 hour and a half later. Ordered two slushes was given one so then had to call up again and get them to contact the delivery driver to het ehat i ordered in first place. Churros were an absolute mess. Never again. An hour and half for a scoop of ice cream, 2 slush and churros. The customer service on phone was terrible too. By time it arrived i didnt even want it anymore. Dont waste your time.

Tonight I ordered a crepe with whipped ice cream , the crepe was ok but the ice cream tasted out of date and the sweet box I ordered the sweets are rock solid nearly breaking my teeth , so disappointed and not worth the money I paid.

The cheesecakes tasted stale and rubbery and the ice cream tasted soapy. Disgusting desserts and won't be ordering again given that they're refusing refund until they examine the food for themselves which is currently sitting outside in a food waste bag for their perusal.

Took so long to come sweets felt like they had been sitting there for 2 years and cheesecake had no flavour

Weve ordered here a few times and always loved it until last night we got our usual cookie dough which had been over cooked and an oreo and galaxy caramel milkshake. The oreo milkshake didnt taste if oreo and my galaxy caramel tasted liked banana so i had multiple others try it who agreed. Very disappointed.
