will stop ordering from there, 2 of the same cookie dough and both were wrong, not the first time it's happened and the milkshakes had no flavour

The waffle arrived, tasted and seemed undercooked couldnt eat it

After contacting scoffable regarding my order it took two hours to deliver chocolate brownie, waffle and a peace of cheesecake three items? I dont think it should take 2 hours to deliver surly??

Milkshake Luke warm !! Cheesecake and other desserts frozen solid.

I ordered dessert last night knowing full well Id be waiting a lot longer than the 1hr10mins quoted due to it being a Saturday night and that was absolutely fine! But after waiting for 2hrs45mins for my desserts it was very disappointing that the ice cream was melted and the doughnuts were cold. I only live a 10minute drive from Mastro desserts so Im not sure why my desserts came the way that they did.

At the door i was told that they had no pistachio so they gave me nutella and that they were giving me a full refund. When i emailed scoffable they told me they are unwilling to give me a refund because i accepted the order.

Cheesecake was good but I suggest you check your milk as my £5 milkshake was sour!
