Really diappointed by thr quality this time unfortunately! Usually good. We didnt get what we asked for and had random sour toppings on some of our cookie dough's. Portions were absolutely tiny, and we ordered 2 scoops of somethings and got half at best. For what we paid it was really not good value or quality. Ice cream that we did get was tasteless & sauce that we ordered on them either not there or had a tiny drizzle. Will be going elsewhere from now on unfortunately.

Hi Im really sorry to hear you were not satisfied, I'm not sure what you mean about the portions as the waffle is a specific size, the ice cream tubs are a specific size and the cookie dough are a specific size when we get them could you let me know more info so I can investigate? Also our sauces are the same sauces we always have so not sure about that? On the cookidough the sauce can sometimes soak into the cookie dough depending on what sauce you choose. I remember making your order and putting the normal amount of sauce on it. If you want to PM me with further details so we can look into this? many thanks

Waffle had big chunk missing as if there wasnt enough mix when made also waited hour and a half when estimated delivery was 40 minites

Ended up getting half a waffle delivered instead of a full one don't get me wrong it tasted great but when your spending £14 you expect to get what you ordered not half and be charged full price

Hi thanks for the review, I have checked your order and you only ordered the half waffle. Your half waffle is £2.80 plus 2 scoops of ice cream at £1.00 each and extra topping which came to the £5.00 that you were charged. If you wish the full waffle then you have to choose the Large Waffle online with 2 scoops of ice cream is £6.80. We hope this information helps and we are pleased that it tasted good!
