Youre entitled to your opinions mate, but frankly keep it to yourself pal. No one else complained? So either just randomly we produced a super dry chicken fried rice or youre a fussy wee saddo. Impossible. From the time it was made it would have taken no more than 20 mins to reach you. The driver only took two deliveries that run and was back within 25 mins. We only ever cook the food once the driver is on his way back to the shop. Not sure why you feel the need to make stuff up, but we won't be serving you again.
