It's strange because when you phoned up wondering why you didn't receive free prawn crackers you made no mention of "Like warm" food at all, so I'm led to believe that this is your effort at some creative writing. C-, you can do better. Also, I'm not sure why you would assume you'd get crackers free? Your order was only £15.80! in the last 8 years or so you wouldn't even qualify for free crackers with that spend hen. And using your logic it also doesn't state on the menu that you would get crackers free. So, you'll likely need some work on your reading comprehension as well as they are clearly present on the menu as a paid extra. And if I may be so bold you shouldn't just assume that you get everything for free, it can be a slippery slope towards unwarranted entitlement. Have a great day.
