The container we use for the salt and pepper chicken doesn't seal completely so the condensation from the heat and juice's from the veg can sometimes leak during transit. Not sure what I can do about that but apologies anyway.As for the pancake roll being undercooked, they are always made to order and that involves preparing the contents, wrapping the pastry around the mixture then deep frying. Trust me it was properly cooked. Maybe the condensation from the bag made it a little less crispy when it arrived? Again apologies.

I'm so sorry that the delivery took so long on that night. Sometimes it can be an absolute nightmare trying to get food to you guys. Most can understand and I honestly don't mind if you complain the wait time was too long. We always try our best to get the food out as fresh and hot as we can,, In a perfect world you would always receive your meal hot and timely.. I'm sorry the world we occupy isn't perfect... But... Who is? I'm genuinely sorry delivery time was as long as you claim but i have to contest that the food arrived cold! We only start to prepare the food once the driver messages they are on the way back so unless the driver is delivering one hundred thousand orders before yours.. its unlikely!!

First of all, I'd like to say sorry for your bad experience. I don't want any of my customers to feel offended. You called straight away and told me the delivery girl was very rude. When she came back, I immediately asked what happened. She was honestly puzzled. She had no intention to offend, and she was only shouting up to your window that the buzzer wasn't working. I'm the first to admit the Scottish accent can sometimes sound aggressive and harsh but please believe that she didn't mean any offence or rudeness and this is purely a misunderstanding. She was so apologetic when I told her about your complaint. Megan is one of the nicest humans I've met. She has an intensity and passion about her for sure, and it can come across as harsh if you haven't had the pleasure to meet her. But that is only because she always gives 1000% to whatever she does. I wish that when you phoned, I could have had all the information and might have been able to placate you and your wife, but I needed to speak to my driver first to ensue I had both sides. This obviously isn't the best medium for aftercare but please accept my assurance that this was only a cultural faux pas and that no actual offence was intended. If you would please call me tomorrow, I would gladly try to set your mind at ease. the red face means nothing compared to your piece of mind. Ask for Colin.

I wasnt very keen on the Schezuan Chicken, you could taste the heat from the spice but other than that, there was just no flavour.

That's strange, usually our Schezuan is very flavoursome. I apologise that you weren't completely satisfied with your dish. The order took two hrs to arrive and when I contacted the restaurant i was told it was on its way, it took another 50 minutes to arrive, the crispy mushroom items where not crispy and had shedded there coating and where dripping in grease they where also not fresh but cheap and nasty frozen mushrooms, the chips where cold and uneatable, the chicken fried rice was good but needed micro waved and the chicken sweet and sour was cold and greasy wont use again

Impossible hen! our sauce game is second to none. and I've took back food at the end of the night... forgot about it... got hungry... plated it and still burnt my tongue!! We never send food that's cold.
