My Chinese was like warm when it arrived and I recieved no prawn crackers although I phoned to question this I gotTold it was a minimum spend of £20 to get the prawn crackers. However, this was not stated on the scoffable menu or I would have added them to my basket.

I'm going to try to be nice even though we were expecting your "like warm" review. It's strange because when you phoned up wondering why you didn't receive free prawn crackers you made no mention of "Like warm" food at all, so I'm led to believe that this is your effort at some creative writing. C-, you can do better. Also, I'm not sure why you would assume you'd get crackers free? Your order was only £15.80! in the last 8 years or so you wouldn't even qualify for free crackers with that spend hen. And using your logic it also doesn't state on the menu that you would get crackers free. So, you'll likely need some work on your reading comprehension as well as they are clearly present on the menu as a paid extra. And if I may be so bold you shouldn't just assume that you get everything for free, it can be a slippery slope towards unwarranted entitlement. Have a great day.

First time ordering, coldest Chinese Ive ever had, nearly 2 hour wait, appreciate it was a busy night but really put off by how cold the food was driver must have left it in the car a while.

You collected your chicken balls and fried rice from the shop, and we only started to cook them once you arrived. The only way they would be "freezing" is if you went home and stuck them in your freezer. Not really sure what you get out of spreading lies? Bit weird if you ask me but hey ho cheerio 🙋

This is the first time i have used Scoffable & was very disappointed. We waited so long on our order that we phoned the shop to see where it was, when it did eventually arrive it was freezing cold that we had to heat it up in the microwave!. We later received a phone call from the shop to apologise for the delay in our order & to tell us, the driver put our food in the boot of his car & forgot about it.Weve been told we will receive 50% off our next order, so I would like to think so?. We are regular customers of the Mei Sing & this is not their fault in any way in my opinion, it is the drivers. Very Disappointed 😔

We truly apologise for this mess up. Just after you phoned we realised that your order was supposed to have been delivered with the last batch the driver took. We immediately started to make another munchie box and I was going to bring it myself. We messaged the driver and he took it upon himself to deliver the box that had been sitting in his car for the best part of an hour. I was beyond angry. I was about to bring it but our other drivers tyre chose that moment to pop mid deliveries and I needed to go and salvage that situation. I know its no consolation to you but we dont want any of our customers to have a bad experience. We always try to be honest and upfront and although we try our best sometimes situations out of our control pop up and start throwing spanners around.. the biggest one being our driver last night. Once again a thousand apologies.

The batter on the sweet and sour prawns was too thick, chewy and dry. Everything else tasted fine but I definitely wouldnt recommend the sweet and sour.

Waited 2 hours for delivery! Spare ribs were like rubber. Actually couldnt eat themWith how tough they were. Spicy chicken curry was ok at best. Both dishes luke warm on arrival after a very very long wait.
