This is the first time i have used Scoffable & was very disappointed. We waited so long on our order that we phoned the shop to see where it was, when it did eventually arrive it was freezing cold that we had to heat it up in the microwave!. We later received a phone call from the shop to apologise for the delay in our order & to tell us, the driver put our food in the boot of his car & forgot about it.Weve been told we will receive 50% off our next order, so I would like to think so?. We are regular customers of the Mei Sing & this is not their fault in any way in my opinion, it is the drivers. Very Disappointed 😔

We truly apologise for this mess up. Just after you phoned we realised that your order was supposed to have been delivered with the last batch the driver took. We immediately started to make another munchie box and I was going to bring it myself. We messaged the driver and he took it upon himself to deliver the box that had been sitting in his car for the best part of an hour. I was beyond angry. I was about to bring it but our other drivers tyre chose that moment to pop mid deliveries and I needed to go and salvage that situation. I know its no consolation to you but we dont want any of our customers to have a bad experience. We always try to be honest and upfront and although we try our best sometimes situations out of our control pop up and start throwing spanners around.. the biggest one being our driver last night. Once again a thousand apologies.

The batter on the sweet and sour prawns was too thick, chewy and dry. Everything else tasted fine but I definitely wouldnt recommend the sweet and sour.

Waited 2 hours for delivery! Spare ribs were like rubber. Actually couldnt eat themWith how tough they were. Spicy chicken curry was ok at best. Both dishes luke warm on arrival after a very very long wait.

Really sorry about the wait last night, we had some delivery issues and were playing catch up. And I apologize the food wasn't up to standard when it finally reached you.

Was absolutely disgusting! We ordered chicken curry fried rice chips and a curry sauce, the chips were burnt and the curry sauce was so spicy we couldn't eat it and we eat vindaloo curry! So basically money down the drain!

What absolute rubbish. If there was a problem, why didn't you get in touch with us at the time? Either you're looking for discounts or you must be one of the most sensitive souls around. Find another takeaway cause you certainly won't be getting served from us again.

Massive let down.. usually amazing but not tonight delivered in time which was good and driver nice and friendly however the food went in the bin. Curry was super oily and the rest of the food didnt seem fresh either

Food was ok. Singapore Chow Mein was overpriced and had hardly anything in it, was just spicy noodles. However, we both had very upset stomachs the following day and the chinese was the only thing we both ate so wont be going back 🤢

Dont know what happened tonight, but singapore noodle were swimming in oil, and i mean swimming...the bag had loads in bottom, but the noodles were so greasy actually ruined the dish, would of phoned to complain and get u to pick up the dish but phones broken...very disappointed tonight....

Delivery took nearly 2 hours, chips were cold and very dry, sauce was congealed and pretty much inedible. Wouldnt order from again.

😂 You ordered the 10 munchie box! It consists of deep fried, salt and peppered chicken balls, spring rolls, chicken toast, ribs and chips.. Did you mean to order soup? If you accidentally order the salt and pepper munchie box again maybe try using the sauce provided 👍 my word 😅

Ordered Sunday 5pm , came 7pm , cold £31 in the bin, never again , did phone after 1.5 hours , on its way , enough said

Forgot prawn crackers curry sauce was very thick once on plate it didn't move!

You mean you forgot to add them? You only get them free with orders over £18 before delivery Im afraid.Also some might prefer a thicker sauce, we humbly apologise that it wasnt suited to your preferred level of viscosity.
