We truly apologise for this mess up. Just after you phoned we realised that your order was supposed to have been delivered with the last batch the driver took. We immediately started to make another munchie box and I was going to bring it myself. We messaged the driver and he took it upon himself to deliver the box that had been sitting in his car for the best part of an hour. I was beyond angry. I was about to bring it but our other drivers tyre chose that moment to pop mid deliveries and I needed to go and salvage that situation. I know its no consolation to you but we dont want any of our customers to have a bad experience. We always try to be honest and upfront and although we try our best sometimes situations out of our control pop up and start throwing spanners around.. the biggest one being our driver last night. Once again a thousand apologies.

What absolute rubbish. If there was a problem, why didn't you get in touch with us at the time? Either you're looking for discounts or you must be one of the most sensitive souls around. Find another takeaway cause you certainly won't be getting served from us again.
