The waffles were really hard

My waffle was burnt! No chocolate ice cream served with it either! I ordered a one scoop cone and a two scoop cone, i was only given one with a cone! The man argued with my daughter when she went back in the ask about the other cone and was advised it had to go in a tub and wasnt allowed another cone.

The first order was cancelled due to not having anything i ordered. The 2nd order i made was incorrect and my hot nuttella waffles were cold. Never again will i use them. Tbey are rubbish.

I paid nearly £13 for Choros with nurella & a medium tango ice blast. Absolure joke! Never got my ice blast, got £3.50 handed to my hubby at door as refund, apparently nachine broke. Had a slither of nutella, deffo not worth it! Would nit use them again!

The churros were soggy. Be better without the strawberries and banana

You would think transporting ice cream that they would use a cool box. The ice cream was melted completely and driver suggested that I put it in my freezer. Very disappointed.
