Took over 2hrs to get our delivery with an estimated time of only 1hr. Would be nice for an update from them to advise delivery times are longer.

Waited an hour and a half for food to be delivered, when it arrived soup was cold and there was egg shell throughout my scrambled egg. I keep saying i wont order from them again but this is it now, theyve lost a customer.

Delivery time was shocking, cheeseburger tasted burnt

Although the food was good, the wrong order was delivered and I paid 70 pence too much. Mitchells were contacted and a solution was worked out.

Part of Order delivered wrongly. Can of diet Coke delivered instead of 500ml bottle. Phoned and remedy worked out.

Didnt receive the order! Emailed customer service when it was 1.5 hours late. Was told it was en route. Waited a further 30 minutes and still no food. Asked to cancel a refund and was told that the food had been delivered and they were not willing to give the refund I was given a contact number for the snack van and nobody has answered. Would advise against ordering from here!!! Shocking

Over 2 hours for delivery, food was cold, tattie scones were rock solid, called to complain and was told someone would phoe back. No call recieved

Made an order with Michelle M Snack van and the large breakfast came cold. Toasties were all soggy. One toasty had tuna and mayo on it and was mostly bread.. has hardly anything on it was so thin. The wrap had more lettuce in it than it did tuna also. Normally when we get from here the food is lovely but today was very disappointing.

Drink missing, restaurant lied to customer service.

Soup was cold and bland. The toastie was cold as well and the onion was raw.

Bacon was inedible as over cooked.. white of egg was not cooked and it was a tea spoon of beans. Also forgot 1 roll
