Waited over an hour for food that had items missing and was sub par at least. The tattie scone was soggie and the meat was all dry and hard. Wont order again.

Something wasn't right about the food or hot chocolate as me and my boyfriend are really unwell now. The hot chocolate was basically brown water and the food was brick solid and/or greasy. Wouldn't recommend this place :(

Waited over 2 hours for a delivery and wasnt worth it, got half a cup of lentil soup, my roll wasnt even buttered and the onions on my burger were horrible and they sent me the wrong juice

Waited over 2 hours for delivery and when it arrived it had items missing and was cold so went straight in the bin, very disappointing, wont be ordering again

I usually have great food from here! I put in capital letters so my adjustments would be read as my son doesn't like onion on his burger and the instruction wasnt read as it arrived with onion on it! The napkin that the burger was wrapped round was all stuck to the cheese!

The food over all was ok. but however this is the second time they have failed to follow Special instruction

I normally love this snack van but the woman who delivered was quite rude and every item i ordered was burnt. Couldnt eat the food :( gutted

Delivery quoted was an hour. Waited 1 hour 20 mins for 3 cold soggy rolls. Maybe look at your packaging as the heat and paper bag just made it all soggy

Ordered a large breakfast and was really greasy could only eat half a roll as it was making me feel sick. My partner ordered a bacon and egg roll but got bacon and tatty scone instead... The receipt said bacon and egg but obviously not what was delivered. I just thought it was going to be OK because of the 92% review ratings but disappointed.

Not to sure where to start, first of all we ordered small breakfast and bacon roll and a sausage roll then it was 20 mins late to its time then we where missing a roll out of the small breakfast then to find 3 black small HAIRS we phoned and was told that the WHOLE order was going to get sent to us then we received it 2 hours later..... to only get the Small breakfast with NO ROLL AGAIN!😂 the bacon and sausages roll was lovely but customer service here is shocking wont be back.

Payed for extra items never received them but was still charged also asked for rolls was giving soggy toast instead
