Very disappointed, got a portion of popcorn chicken smaller than my size 5 hand which cost me £6, I think that is absolutely appalling for 12 bits of small chicken.

stay close to shop snd delivery was fast but the food was cold

Chips and were solid and it was hard to find the fish given the amount of chewy batter.

Food was cold, chips were dry and hard, there was no sauce included but was asked for when ordered wont be ordering again

Ive ordered from here a couple of times now in the hope that I am wrong after resding string reviews. I dont know if it is because I am ordering delivery (and for that I expect some lack of fresheness) but the fish is always coated really thick in batter and soggy. The chips for the burger are always soggy too and very greasy. For the same price, I have had better elsewhere.

Ordered 2 suppers for 5.30 collection, they were already bagged and on counter when I arrived...how long before? The fish was honestly the worst i have had from a takeaway. So dry and tasteless. I understand costs nowadays but should be much better quality for £10.80.

Food was poor and service has rapidly went down hill recently, phoned to ask where my delivery was and the girl was extremely rude and dismissive. Really disappointed

All pizzas stuck to box didnt get a pizza at all no film was used a lot of money and usually great wee chippy would have called but profoundly deaf hate leaving this type of review but it was a lot of money sad as quite regular and big orders

I was looking forward to trying the fish supper but it was a huge disappointment. Just tasted like old grease and there was more hard batter than fish.

We have ordered a couple of times each time requested sausage with no batter and every time we get a battered sausage 😢😢

Normally our food from here is great. Today all 4 of our pizzas arrived with the toppings slid all the way to one size, the driver must have had the boxes sitting at an angle in the car. Disappointing as normally everything is great

Food missing from my order, i was then lied to over the phone and was told my missing food was already with the driver on its way to me. 35 minutes passed and still no food, i called back only to be told it was just about to leave. When i asked why i was lied to on my first phone call i was told the girl was probably overwhelmed because it was busy.Thats awful customer service, i couldnt eat my food when it eventually got to me because i had children to put to bed. Takeaway refused to refund me but thankfully i got a refund from scoffable as they value their customers and i order all my takeaways through scoffable, i have always had positive interactions with them.Will not be ordering again! If i had been told the truth in the first phone call i would have just collected the food that was missing. Its very simple, do not lie to your customers.

Half Pizza tasted strange so couldnt eat it, the chips were also quite dry - curry sauce was really good though.

The food was delivered 1 hour after the time on the expected delivery. It was semi warm! The special fish had to much coating and was very hard to chew I had to lift off the coating to get to the fish. My chips were not cooked properly. My husbands meal was semi warm as well and he had to heat it! The result was the batter on the chipsteak went soggy! His chips were not cooked properly either. We have had 2 takeaways off fish and chips which were amazing but this food was awful! Costing £19.50 and nearly all went in the bin😡 we are pensioners so to pay for this was simply appalling. We dont expect to get a refund!! We simply will not be buying anything again.

Food arrived 40 mins after ordering which was amazing but it was stone cold and had no taste.27 pound for a pizza and a kebab and both were frozen and tastless definitely wont be back here
