Asked for a ham fried rice .. a got little strips of smoke sausage what ma daughter hates ..everything else was good but wasn't happy

No sauce. Soggy chips. Barely warm. Quick deliver polite driver

Nice hot and sour soup. Good salt and pepper ribs. Kung Po was terrible. Tasteless sauce and meat. Had Kung Po before from here and was decent enough.

Regular customer and this is the first time the delivery was a failure. Problem was eventually rectified and the food as always was superb. Scoffable needs to include updates/tracking to the app ASAP

Meal was disgusting. Crispy Chicken and Honey plum sauce was like chilli water is was so thin. Pork chow mwin was frozen and chicken sweet ans sour was disgusting . Really disappointented as we get meals from Mr He ever week. Unedibale so will never use again. tried phoning lots of time to complain but phone was constantly engaged . Never had a worse meal from any chinese and have never had a complaint about Mr He until tonight. To be honest even the dog wouldn't eat the chicken sweet and sour absolutely disgusted and won't be using again till they change the chef again

You order a 2ltr bottle of juice and get a 1.5ltr bottle are they hoping people dont notice

Ordered crispy shredded chicken with rice, it was lukewarm and hardly any sauce. Very disappointed

Was not happy with my king prawns in batter ,over cooked prawns were so hard and batter was crispy .sorry for this review ,i have never had a bad dish from you .

Had to order twice because of their own mistake so was over charged! Defo wont be back

I order from here all the time and tonight was the pits. Order took one hour 15mins rice was dark brown curry sauce wasnt nice salt n pepper chicken was so greasy and to top it all off everything was freezing cold. Sorry guys but never again🤔

Ordered juice. Diet Irn Bru and got diet coke. I cant drink diet coke hence why i ordered diet irn bru. I get if they didnt have irn bru then they had my number and could have called.

Meant to be chicken AND prawns. Only 3 shrimps and all the rest big chunks of inferior quality water injected chunks of white something! Disgusting and for nearly 7 pounds! They call it Phoenix Dragon!! The staff were aloof, non responsive, rude, ignorant and ignored me for 15 minutes!!! Do they speak? .English!!! DO NOT recommend THIS place

Food arrived on time, the driver followed Covid instructions.Rice was overcooked and turned into stodge when curry was added. The chicken was stringy so bad, I had to pick bits from my teeth.Curry was not the same as the normal meal I get. I had to throw it away. The drink was not delivered.Customer number on the receipt asked for my code - which I gave then it just cut me off. I called the company, told them my drink was not delivered. They took my address.I waited for the driver, it's was now 11.10 pm, no one came to my door. My original delivery was 9.37pmI checked outside my door and they had placed the bottle on my doorstep, but didn't tell me, didn't ring my doorbell or knock.Just left me to find it, eventually. Terrible customer service. Very disappointed.

Ordered chicken curry and the chicken smelled so bad and did not look right.Will not order from here again unfortunately as its got terrible recently.

Possibly the worst Chinese Ive ever had. Soup was like a bowl of soy sauce, foo young was over cooked and bland. Only good thing was the prawn crackers but was a tiny bag. Wouldnt order again.
