Salt and pepper chicken nice but really small portion chips were soggy ribs were chewy but curry was good

Not up to the usual standard

1 hour and 15 minutes for delivery that's far to long i was getting fed up waiting

Asked for pork and got chicken, at to which point we were too hungry to say no and thought there is no point trying to get it changed poir service.Embarrassing.

Ordered king prawn balls, got chicken balls!! Very disappointed.

Chicken curry was fine crispy chicken with plum sauce was dry, overcooked, and like eating laminate flooring chunks.

Cold and tough meat rice tasted bbq?

For the first time ever I need to say that the meal was bad. Cold meal and chicken was so tough almost undercooked. Rice was cold as were the noodles. Not happy as the meals are normally hot and well cooked. Very dissapointed tonight

As a regular customer who used to love this place and the food it served, I can safely say it's slipping, going downhill very quickly and I don't ever want to order again after my last order. I'm guessing they have a new chef because the meals have been questionable lately and that's just the start of my issues with them. They've started ignoring the notes left, until last night after I had asked them not to ignore it. They also got my last order wrong and when it arrived my meal had spilt all over the bag. I'm still trying to scrub sticky chilli sauce out of my carpet, which has no doubt stained and I also had to clean it off the kitchen floor. To top it all off, the driver completely ignored the contactless delivery note and handed me my food with NO MASK OR GLOVES ON! I asked for contactless delivery for a reason. It seems like this place has no regards for health and safety and don't care about keeping regular customers around. It's sad as it used to be the best in the area

Certainly wont be ordering again, I order from here regularly however the food was shocking last night night with soggy chips and a look warm curry. Anytime you order cans or a bottle of coke they give you irn-bru without even asking you and whats worse is the juice they give you are all multipack cans. Worst Chinese which is a shame as it used to be good but certainly wont be back.

The food was great as usual but my food came an hour late

I ordered two portions of Kung Po, chicken and king prawn expecting them to be a bit chilli but both were so hot as being un-eatable and put in the bin.I on a regular basis place this order including spare ribs and boiled rice and previously have not had an issue.

As a very regular customer of mr he I cant even believe Im having to write a review like this. By far the worst food thats ever left their kitchen. S&s sauce was missing and this was rectified but as for the rest. Every dish was burnt silly. The Thai rolls were inedible and had to be replaced. The roast duck was so burnt that you could barely chew threw it. The chips were dark brown and solid so went straight in the bin. I cant believe that this quality of food actually left the kitchen a kick in the teeth for a loyal customer. Will be changing my takeaway from here on in as that is just unacceptable.

Despite saying it would take 45 minutes, it took over an hour for delivery and they forgot the cucumber and spring onion for the crispy duck

Great food but took 90 mins to arrive.

The food was only warm when we received it. Hardly any chicken with my husbands order of lemon chicken in a honey chilli sauce. My chicken chow mien was very salty. Which is a shame really as we have had from yourselves a few times and its been amazing.

Chicken balls were that greasy when I lifted the box from the bag it fell out the bottom. Food was cold.

Waited 2 hours for delivery. Food is always good but delivery can take forever
