Food was like warm on arrival and greasy too.

Ordered at 18:20, for delivery at 20:0.Food finally arrived at 21:15!Food was barely warm, dried out and almost inedible!They should have limited the number of orders they took

I am not gojng to mention the time as i ordered on xmas and im in a different town.The reason i am leaving a bad review is they ran out of one item and called to see what i wanted.I chose ribs in place of my chicken balls. I also reminded them that I have an allergy to onion!I put it on the allergy notification in scoffable prder form and reminded when they called me.The food was hot when it arrived but i got some chicken dish, with onion in it.Fraking onion, so twice they ignored a food allergy and they sent the wrong dish with a food im allergic to.The food i could eat was tasty but cant say id go back after they ignore my allergy!

I order over 3 hours ago. I have tried getting in contact. Terrible service

Still waiting for food 3.5 hours after ordering. Delivery time was given as approx 1 hour. After 19 attempts to get through to the shop via phone I was informed the order was not ready yet and would be at least another 20 mins and better to come and collect instead of delivery. Very disappointed and will seriously consider never using this takeaway again !

Small portions, super dry chicken in the salt and pepper chicken

I waited over an hour for delivery. When it arrived after me having to call and chase this up it was so cold and the chucked do dried out it was inedible. Very disappointed as normally the meals from here are delicious

Ordered the set meal for 3 and booked delivery for 7.20pm. Order didn't arrive until 7.50pm. Food was warm, not hot and we then discovered there was a main dish missing. Called them and another dish was sent out straight away...which was hot, suggesting our original order had been out for some time before reaching us. Have never had any complaints about Mr He so hoping this was just a one off. On the plus side, Mr He is very good value for money and the food is tasty.

The food was cold when it arrived and asked for 17.30 and it arrived at 18.10.

Food was fine but food was ready 70 minutes AFTER collection time

Waited nearly two hours for delivery to then ask over phone to pick the order up, where I waited for a further half hour for them to make the large order as they were terribly busy. May be a good idea to stop taking orders if they cannot deliver in a timely manner. Will be a long while before I use them again.

Our order took 2 hours to arrive so it was after 9pm before we ate. They weren't even that sorry.

Food was ordered at 18.00 after 3 phone calls turned up nearly 2 hours later an was nearly cold. Had to reheat it in the microwave an then had to call again because they had not delivered prawn crackers that I had paid for.

Took so long to arrive. When I called the phone rang out. Then when I did get through I was told it would be an hour even though I'd already waited 55 minutes

Really poor service. Called twice to find out where my food was only to be told by Mr He well its with the driver theres nothing I can do. Do you want to cancel? Not honest about the delivery time. Not good.

The salt and pepper chips had no flavour was basically chips and onions.My chow main noodles where all stuck together and horrible.Never be back.

An hour n 20 min wait on delivery

I asked for the sauce extra spicy it came plain.Salt and pepper chicken was bland

Never gave a review less than great but tonight was not good. Ordered crispy wontons had to get a refund as they were solid and burnt. Double happiness was passable but the rice had a weird sticky texture to it. Sweet and sour sauce was very thick. Overall not impressed and not the usual quality from mr he.

The chowmein was dry and burned.

The food was fine but was advised 45minute delivery and was over an hour 45. This is the second time.

Missing items. No point calling to advise as the rest would be cold by then.

Waited over an hour for the food to arrive which never came so I had to phone the restaurant and go there and collect it myself!
