Keep given wrong juice or forgetting it they charge you for 2 litre but don't get the 2 litre never bothered about it but its now every time and when you contact them they said they will send you a the right one but never came

Ordered at about quarter past 7 and got an email saying 45 minutes. Phoned at about 8:30 to ask about status of our order and was told it was on the way. It arrived just after 9. Not a good start.The crispy sesame chicken which is on their specials was the driest chicken i've ever tasted. It was also quite flat and so chewy to the point is was virtually inedible. I'm not sure what the Malaysian Sambal chicken was supposed to be? I've been to Malaysia and eaten sambal and even had it from places in the UK. Sambal is usually red and packed with chili flavour and heat. This was none of those things. It was brown and watery. I think what they served was probably chicken and mushroom with a few chili flakes. Very disappointing and definitely not what is twas described as. The spring rolls and Thai chicken toast were good not as greasy as some Chinese takeaways. The salt and pepper chips were ok, they weren't crispy like you get from some other places but were reasonable enough. Overall though fairly terrible and I will never buy from Mr He again.

The order took far too long to come, then I eventually phoned and just picked up. I think that if there is too many orders to handle then orders should stop being accepted to cope with the orders that are placed. Couldnt fault the food

Food was very late over the expected time given.

The order took over the given time to arrive asked for Chips and gravy what I got was gravy and mash like chips all stuck together and could not be lifted with a fork

The owner behind the till didnt even acknowledge me when i picked up even thought i stood right in front of him. A colleague couldnt hear me, wasnt wearing a mask and i had to keep repeating mysel. VERY rude - i wont be back

Everything was really over cooked. The noodles were all stuck together.

Wontons and prawn crackers were over done

Duck was like jelly all fat was horrible very disappointed

Food was ok but wrong order. I called shop got an apology but thats it. Would have been acceptable had it been sincere. Last week got an order which was inedible no acknowledgement of this either.Think I maybe need to take my custom elsewhere

Food was rotten, reheated chips, crackers where soft as if they had been made days ago, definitely would not recommend

Set meal for.1 order all the time. 3 ribs more like 2 as 4 half pieces. Sweet and sour chicken was inedible the chicken was so tough and dry inside you couldnt eat it all. Really disappointed

Food was reasonable, however last night I tried something new. Aromatic Duck with pancakes.I asked in comments section for some extra pancakes as I couldn't add within the scoffable site.In a Chinese restaurant where I spend £35+ each and every week I didn't for a second think I'd be left without extra pancakes. I was wrong and although only £1 odds worth of food and not worth complaining about, it left me annoyed

Our daughter had spicy and hot duck there was more fat than duck, the chicken balls pastry was soggy not crispy dont think we will be using them again

Last couple of times I have ordered, chips not freshly made, and chicken, over cooked, to tough to even chew

Food was ok, however waited 1 1/2 hours for delivery

The chicken skewers were inedible they were dry and tough

Just terrible. Maybe only the chips get a pass mark.

Not up to the usual standard.,chicken meal cold and chewy. Will not order another meal will try another takeaway next time.

We ordered bbq spare ribs..... they were really tough and cold....The duck dish we ordered was awful -,skin left on the duck and not roasted looked like it had been boiled. Again that meal was cold too. The prawn crackers were over Cooked too. Wouldnt order from them again ......also took over an hour to deliver. 😞

I tried a new dish shredded Duck and there was more skin the actual Duck! Not good.

Food was far to salty
