Decided to try here for the 1st time but wont be back everything was disgusting and salty will not be recommending to anyone

The coating on the chicken Maryland was burnt to a frazzle, and looked like a reheat.

I got an order from Mr He tonight and requested it for 20:10 and it arrived at 18:53.I called the takeaway to request it to be taken away and fresh food to be send at the time requested as my wife was not home from work yet.I must say I am very disappointed to be told no this would be a big cost to us and was told to reheat it.I will not be returning to this establishment after being a regular customer over they last few years.I would like to request a refund as spending £30.00 and having to reheat it is very disappointing.

Took about 15 attempts to complete my order, kept crashing

Chilli chips terrible. No seasoning couple bits green pepper and green chilli.Order over £12 with food meant to receive free prawn crackers. Never arrived called shop to be told they haven't had any for weeks.

Far too much salt.

Food was horrible.. was if they cooked it as quick as possible to get it out the door.. chicken was like rubber with black bits threw it.. will never order again!

Normally love the food from here but last nights order was not the greatestFood was cold and curry very tasteless, salt and pepper chips were soggy and not very spicy

Tonight's food was poor, service was poor. Chicken pretty chewy and not a lot of sauce. Ribs had no meat, all gristle, rice was very greasy. Not usual to have bad food from here so I was really disappointed. Even paid the delivery charge to have it 'delivered' to my car at the front door of the shop as they have decided to stop delivering to my area this week. Get that they are busy with delivery but just all around disappointing. Unusual for this place, as usually very good. Sad to see a decline in the quality. Will maybe try again in a few months, and see if they are coping better. Saw the lady at the counter leave delivery drivers waiting outside. Really poor tonight.

Asked for a delivery, half an hour later phoned asking where my food was and was told that it'd be another half an hour because it's really busy, unless I wanna pick it up. So I decided to go with picking it up and it was far from being busy, it was bloody empty!! How is that being busy? To me that's just laziness. I've gotten a Mr he plenty of times and I'm very disappointed that I had to wait almost an hour for my food, and I had to pick it up myself because of the supposed length of time it would take to deliver.

Not fresh cooked tasted like a re heat, chicken was over crispy, the price we pay, and delivery surely it could be a bit better

Waiting one hour and 30 mins for food to be delivered (when I only live a few miles away) is not good!!!

The spare ribs were extreemely dry and like leather. The Kung Po was so hot it was almost inedible. This was the worst take-away we have ever had from Mr He and not as expected given that this is our regular meal order.

Actually inedible, we had 2 chicken chow mein which had so much soya sauce in it , was far far too salty, it all went into the bucket .

It took over an hour to make my delivery!

Food tasted fine but uses too much MSG. 3rd time weve ordered from them and then been awake all night - like ALL night. Will look for somewhere else in future

Mushrooms were lovely. Chicken strips were not, they seemed old and chewy.First meal I have not been pleased with.
