Forgot my juice and my rice was freezing

Regular customer. Never disappointed. Took a little longer to come today but lady on the phone was fantastic and it was here 5 mins after

Asked for a delivery, half an hour later phoned asking where my food was and was told that it'd be another half an hour because it's really busy, unless I wanna pick it up. So I decided to go with picking it up and it was far from being busy, it was bloody empty!! How is that being busy? To me that's just laziness. I've gotten a Mr he plenty of times and I'm very disappointed that I had to wait almost an hour for my food, and I had to pick it up myself because of the supposed length of time it would take to deliver.

First time we have tried Mr He, we have tried nearly every chinese takeaway in area and have been mostly disappointed. This was refreshing as food was delicious and hot, the best by far. Please keep up high standards.

Not fresh cooked tasted like a re heat, chicken was over crispy, the price we pay, and delivery surely it could be a bit better
