rice was burnt

Called as order was not as expected as per guidlines. Asked for refund of dish that was not satasfactury which is still siiting at my front door as not colected after being told someone would pick it up . That was well over an hour ago . So now want a full refund

Secon time in a row getting a delivery and the order has been incorrect so had to wait a further 30 minutes for the right thing to be delivered

Order received box that the food was in was soaked right through food was all soggy as if it had been dipped in water absolutely appalled by this that in 2025 we still cant get it right will definitely not be ordering again

Ham omelette, over cooked... chips rock hard and Curry sauce was just, basically, dirty water. Dissapointed as its normally good. Will be using orher options in future

Wrong items in my order

Ordered Special Fried Rice and got Special Chow Mein instead, pork pieces were so chewy, felt like it had been sitting all week. Also ordered soup, there was more soup in the delivery bag and wonton portion than in the soup dish, only positive was a quick delivery. Didn't phone as we don't mind a chow mein but was so disappointed 😔

Freezing and tastless

Very fast delivery but food was a big let down .

Crispy chicken was unedible due to salt and spare ribs were overcooked

First time orderSpring rolls - dry and tasteless Chow mein - dry and lacking any veg, just noodles with chicken dumped in top Singoporian Curry - very good and tasty1 out of 3 - could have been worseUnlikely to use again.

Food was bland chicken soup was just hot water with soy sauce black been beef didnt even taste of anything

Missed part of our order and took two phoine calls and an hour to get the replacement delivered.

I regularly order from here but unfortunately won't be again as my food was really bad, chips way over cooked or had been sitting for hrs, Peking chicken all clumped and stuck together and the batter was chewy and though, chicken dry inside and fried rice in clumps stuck together and dry. Won't be eating from here again which on average would probably be twice a week.

AWFUL FOOD AND SERVICE

Completely forgot about the sweet in the sweet and sour chicken, veg was very undercooked also. BBQ sauce tasteless. Overall a very disappointing meal.
