Disappointed with tonights order. Had the beef curry and the sauce was like water. Very bland.

Delivery came really fast which was great but the whole meal was soo dry. The noodles were almost inedible and there was a funny taste to the rice. Not the best meal I have had from here

Will not be ordering from here again my rice tasted like it was cooked on friday reheated on Saturday and delivered to me on monday the fried bean sprouts were off as well and all the food took 30 mins to get delivered ( which was really quick) but everything was frozen cold qill not be back

Order confirmed for 30 mins delivery for me to wait over an hour. Phoned them about it and while Im enquiring about where my food is the lady on the phone began talking in what I presume to be mandarin rather than actually care that I was a disgruntled customer.

Food tepid (look it up in the dictionary).Not reliable.30mins expected; arrived after 45-50mins.

Worst Chinese Ive had from here and missed out half the order put what they delivered in the bin so thats the last I will be ordering Shame really because its usually ok

Chips were really undercooked.

Chow Mein not up to usual standard , chicken curry very poor runny sauce onions awful and chicken tasteless will give Mr He a miss from now on.

Said they'd deliver in about an hour. An hour and twenty minutes later, no sign of it. After a chasing phone call it turned up - more than 1 1/2 hours after ordering. Two items missing and no chance of getting them in any time to eat with the rest of the meal so got a refund for those items. Staff were pleasant enough when I called them but if you're offering a delivery service surely meeting your own delivery time and getting the order right is a basic part of the service. Doubt we'll be back.

Another item missing form our order tonight though it was delivered later. Upon opening the meals, 1 dish had a hair in it and then more hairs were found as we were eating our food. Very disappointing as usually a good take away though last two orders have not been good

On more than one occasion they forget an item on the delivery. They always offer to put it right, but when the rest of the family food is drying out in the oven waiting for 30+ minutes that doesnt work for us. Just get it right first time please. Tonight they didnt miss an item they just sent the entirely wrong meal (chicken and pineapple rather than crispy chicken and pineapple). Again, I ate it rather than waiting but its annoying I pay for nothing and get another.

The food was good, but they forgot to deliver our drink. When we called and asked for it to be delivered, they said it would, but it wasn't. We called again, it turns out it was delivered to the wrong house and that we'd get a refund, but we've not received the refund so far.

The food was cold we ordered salt and pepper chips all soggy, the chicken balls were greasy same with the curry, not a nice meal im sorry to say really disappointed

The chicken chow mein was freezing cold it got binned, the chicken satay skewers were in edible and cold and so dry and chewy the got binned, the chips had no salt n pepper seasoning on them this is the 3rd time this has happened... the whole meal just wasnt great waste of money...

Placed an order through Scoffable at 4:50pmEmail said approximately 50 mins - usually quicker so wasn't worried when it got to 6pm however I had to call them when I was STILL waiting an hour and a half later but they seemed confused and didn't appear to remember the order coming through! I was told, after some checking that my order was 'being made', in other words they'd lost the ticket but would be with me asapEnded up cancelling when it reached the 2hr mark!Quite disappointed to be honest, very unusual and its never happened before so hopefully a one off but I'm hesitant now

First of all part order missing when I phoned they said it would be with me in 15 mins I had also complained about the drink I wanted diet coke they sent original coke. When I phoned back after a while was told they do not have any squid and they do not have diet coke they would send a driver with the refund. At 83 and time for bed I phoned again and was told I would have towait for refund as ordered on line. This was friday therefore would get it on wednesday. No meal no money nonever again

Really poor tonight, my sweet and sour pork was horrible, all it tasted like was fried batter, very little pork if any!
