Ordered my usual shredded chicken and yet again theyve changed the recipe or had a different chef cook it as it was far too spicy tonight and stank of vinegar. The first thing I smelt was strong vinegar and it stank my house out. Not the usual Chinese takeaway smell but just strong vinegar and spices. Its usually a lighter red but came tonight as a blood red colour. It smelled, looked and tasted different. The chips were also not cooked properly and were soggy. Both went in the bin as completely inedible. Mr He flat out lied about the change in recipe/how it was made and said the chips were cooked thoroughly and nothing wrong with them. Ive been a regular for 4 years now. I order the exact same thing every time. I trust my own judgement and am incredibly disappointed that they didnt just own up but instead made me out to be a liar. Disgusting way to treat customers, especially regulars.

usually receive excellent food from mr he but this time it had a hair in the food along with the food being soggy. very disappointed to only be offered half a refund from Mr He. not sure ill be in a rush to order again

Not the worst chow mein I have vet had but not the best. Also no diet juice that they advertised as having. Not the best for someone with Diabetes to be offered full fat juice.

Munchie box came in two separate containers not as mucn chicken as there would have been in the box, chips were not cooked long enougb still hard inside, juice was wrong

Chips weren't cooked, sauces werent hot. Chicken balls seemed as though they were just reheated. Food came far too quick just showing the order was rushed and thrown out for delivery

Chicken curry was of a watery soup consistency and lacked any flavour. When your takeaway turns out to be a massive disappointment then you will go elsewhere next time. Plenty of other good chineses takeaways in the ares

WENT TO COLLECT ORDER AND IT WASNT EVEN ON. STOOD FOR 5 MINS BEFORE GETTING SERVED AND WASNT EVEN COOKING.ORDERED PEAKING CHICKEN AND GOT SWEET AND SOUR WITH PINAPPLE THAT IM ALLERGIC TO.

Wrong food delivered. Small apology and asked if I wanted correct item delivered. Food wasnt as good as normal either.

Normally never have any issue but last night called to add soup to my order to be told by the server that my food was on the counter waiting to be picked up by the driver and that Id need to go to back of the queue if I wanted to order soup which was fine but my food didnt arrive until another 40 mins and by the time it reached me it was cold maybe if it had been put in a heat plate and heat bag in the car it wouldnt have arrived cold

This place is rapidly going downhill. Im a regular and usually the food is delicious but ordered a munchie box tonight and it was really awful. All the wings and ribs had the weirdest chemically taste to them, the sauce you get with it was the tiniest tub (smaller than usual) definitely not enough for the amount of food in the box so the food was eaten dry and then binned and the chips werent salt and chilli as we usually get. Just plain chips. I was one of the first to order, if not the first, but there was no cola left apparently so was given irn bru instead which I dont drink. The cans were really greasy and the prawn crackers were stale and darker than usual but the whole bag, including the outside of the bag, was greasy too. Really disappointed. £20 quid wasted as most of the box was thrown in the bin.

Got our order wrong, I ordered chicken nuggets and got chicken chips and gravy which I had to bin and make my son something else.

The rice was hard and cold and seemed like the previous days food, the chips I ordered were missing the chicken balls had seen better days also absolute disgrace

Late again (Estimated 1h 10m arrived 1h 55m). Excuses on phone again. Tepid again (same driver as last time).Mr Hee have now lost a regular customer.

Surprisingly, Mr He supplied Fried Rice instead of Boiled Rice, the order was delivered 15-20" late and was none too hot. First poor order from this source in over a year.

Food was cold by the time it arrived, delivery was late , delivery driver was polite as usual.Will not be using Mr He again cold food not acceptable.

You place an order and include diet juice. Order delivered with no juice so you have to call them and your told oh we have no diet juice do you want us to send you full fat. Eh no then you have to ask them for a refund. Why dont they call you before your order has been dispatched. Rubbish service if you dont have juice then remove it from the options

Not up to the normal standard , curry was very weak and tasted a bit watery
