Super quick service however food is shocking

ordered roast pork and pineapple and got roast pork and carrots not a piece of pineapple in it. Normally meals are lovely but was very disappointed with tonight's meal felt like it had been flung together with no care at all

Told 40 mins but wasent delivered until 1 hr and 20 mins later. I phoned to see where it was and the guy said its out for delivery n slammed the phone on me. Not even a thankyou or a bye or an apology. Very rude. Never ever ever again. Chips were not cooked properly very cold and stale also. Too much soy sauce in the rice n the rice was even hard, not cooked either. The batter on my chicken wasent cooked properly too very soggy. Absolutely discusting. Totally down hill now compared to wat it use to b like.

Delivery as 25 minutes late with no update

Ill not be waisting my money here again , what I received for a meal was ridiculous rash-in more than a meal , cant do anything requested , too dry horrible food fatty meats and small portions very little sauces

Usually very good,unfortunately not tonight. Ordered a curry,the sauce was like water and tasteless very disappointing.

Item missing on our order, had to call back up and was advised 40min delivery was just over an hour

Food was cold. Called to complain and was told it left here warm and came straight to you. Not helpful

Lemon chicken poor

One of the worst Mr He Chinese Ive had. Curry was watery, rice was flavourless and curry sauce had so much salt it was overpowering. Really disappointed. Delivery time was fantastic however.

Really hate writing this as love MrHe but food was soggy, cold and majority ended up in bin.Expectations set at 50min delivery and turned up at nearly 2hrs. It had clearly been driving about for ages as frozen and mingin

Chicken dry and taste like rubber was freezing cold aswell sauce was disgusting had a perfume taste salt and pepper chicken was shocking no spice to it just chucked in onions and peppers with plain chicken also freezing ribs had no meat on them and had same perfume sauce over them tried calling restaurant and had no answer

Normally really good but curry sauce was extremely watered down and tasteless

Multiple times the order has been wrong

We buy from Mr He every other week, normally its good.Tonight the meal was cold even though it was delivered on time. Disappointed, its in the recycle bin Im afraid.

First our order came without the cans of juice we ordered and a diffrent and disgusting sause.. phoned up to ask for the juice to get sent to us. And a curry sause in replacment of the sause they gave us and instead of appoligsing the women on the phone and chef decided to argue about whos fault it was.. finally got the juice. And oh gusse what it was the wrong juice!!! Left it at that. The chicken was dry and bland. Chips looked and tasted re heated. Wont be back. Usless

Unhappy that you have to order £10 worth for delivery

Not usually one to complain about Mr he as always get a good meal however tonight the curry sauce was super runny!? Not the usual standard we receive from you guys

No taste of the food badly cooked

Our free spring rolls and samosas were covered in curry sauce as the sauce pot was burst all over the food, not impressive made it all soggy and looked disgusting

Missing one dish and 2 chicken dishes were so dry unable to eat
